I grew up eating Pizza Hut and going to the buffet. It’s probably been 15 years since I’ve had it. It was exactly as I remember. Still my favorite pizza chain breadsticks. Everything was hot and ready in 15 mins. The manager was super friendly and gave me a good deal. I hope this location gets the buffet/ salad bar that they’ve been wanting.

Absolutely poor showing from service down to delivery. Order showed up incomplete and wrong. Was missing a large pizza, and my drink was substituted without any one contacting me if that was ok. Tried calling the store several times and no one answered. Which then caused me to go to the store myself to correct the mistake. Upon arriving at the store the customer service was extremely lack luster. Asked to speak with and was met with well we are busy so it might be a minute. When the manager did come up and i explained to him what happened there was no apology for the issue. Just the same well we sre busy. my initial intentions were to ask for a refund on the delivery fee but was cut off and said that if i wanted a refund i had to bring all the items i did receive back. Which is ludicrous and have never heard of such a policy. But i told the manager that i wanted just the delivery fee refunded since i had to go the store to fix my order. Why would i pay for a delivery fee when the order was delivered incorrectly. Was then told they cant even refund the delivery fee. I would avoid counting on your order being correct when delivered or the store offering assistance to make it right

Pizza Hut pizza is great but last week we ordered $90 worth of food and they told us we could redeem our order because it took over 2 1/2 hours for us to get our food so we tried to redeem that today and got really rude service back first the guy said that I’d had to talk to the GM that he couldn’t credit more than 25. Then he told us the amount of our credit being $86 and change and then he said the credit was showing zero and that we would have to speak to GM I said okay when will the GM be in and he said he’s here all the time I said well he’s not here right now so he’s not there all the time what is his schedule tomorrow and I got hung up on him so be mindful when you spend this much money with Pizza Hut. So Rashad or Rashawn I really couldn’t understand what he said his name was but doesn’t really deserve to work for Pizza Hut he is the reason for this bad review.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life so sopping wet and greasy it literally fell apart when I picked it up I actually feel sick from eating it! I threw the rest away. The manager refused to refund my money as well! The picture I added was of it falling apart while I was holding it!

I’ve been a customer here for over 12 years. Last night was by far my worst experience and the manager made no attempts in making my order right. Pizza was as stiff as the box it came in and cinnamon rolls were warm, crammed together and soggy like. Didn’t complain about the cinnabons because ok, they were already messy to start with but they were chewy. Maybe being short staffed my food was prepared in a messy hast but never have I experienced my thin cheese so dissatisfying. I’m no longer going to shop here.
