I ordered via drive through couple minutes ago at 8:20 PM on June 29th. The dispatch took my order wrong. Therefore, I went inside to complain about it. He wasn’t apologetic and kept arguing but agreed to correct the order. He was full of sweats . Therefore, I did not order another meal because kitchen, and he himself was really dirty.

I’ve gone to this Del Taco location several times, I walk in with my e-scooter in hand and place it next to me while I wait for my to-go order. Never had an issue, yet today the cashier enforces the policy that no bikes are allowed inside. I didn’t have my lock at the time because I’ve never needed it before. I will NEVER return to this location. What a way to treat paying customers. He treated me like an unwelcomed guest not a customer and I felt discriminated against because I am a white male. I hope that wasn’t the case but it sure felt like it, especially considering the place was empty besides a employee taking a break so it wasn’t like my scooter was a nuisance to anybody. Overall, the employees don’t care to lose customers and that is bad business for the owner.

Food and service are great and consistent. One small glitch in the system, however. They recently put up multiple signs that state “condiments only on request” they no longer ask if you want sauce. Had to put in quite a bit of effort to score a couple packets of Scorcho. Supply chain issues? There is another location across the street. I’ll go there next time and see what they are up to.

They are still all masked up in here. You order thru a plexiglass shield via a guy talking to you through a P.A. system. Both noisy And nearly unintelligible. And they have the lobby soda machines shut down so you have to go to them for refills. The staff is nice but I think the owner is still in 2021 mode regarding the pandemic. Back to Taco Bell

The employees at this location seem to be lazy. They still haven’t fully opened the dining room despite all other locations in the area doing so, the soda fountain is closed, and the tables look like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. My fries arrived completely cold, the cheese in my quesadilla was unmelted, and the burrito was a wet pile of lukewarm mush. The other person in my party experienced the same. I have been to this location a couple times now, and have no desire to return.

I went through the drive thru and the young man taking my order was awesome. He didn’t rush me, he was polite, and more importantly, my order was complete. I always, always order 3x extra cheese on my burritos. I worry about this a lot when I don’t go inside where I can watch my order being made. I pulled out and parked, grabbed my burrito, and my extra cup of green sauce (a must) and bit right in. Now I’ve eaten 100’s of Del Taco burritos in my 54 years, but whoever made this burrito should get a raise. It was by far the best burrito I’ve ever had from Del Taco. If the drive thru wasn’t 8 or 10 cars deep, I would have thanked them for such a great experience i had with them. From beginning to end. (Dining room was closed) So all in all, and im not saying this lightly, but from 1 to 10, that was a 10 and then some. Thank you all, and I’ll be seeing you soon.
