Usually have an awesome breakfast meal. However, today, my omelette took an absurd amount of time to come out. ~45 minutes for an omelette. It was also wrong. I asked for ham, bacon, and pepper jack and received sausage, bacon, and pepper jack. It was also cold!!! My cheese was literally solid!! And my husbands eggs were cold!! Now… my husband ordered the high FIVE… which should come with pancakes, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage. HOWEVER, he did not receive his sausage. AND his pancakes came out ***17 minutes*** after mine!!! It does not take that long to make pancakes… my husband is a chef of 7 years. To add… while we’re sitting here eating.. we have overheard the other server tell someone that apparently they are all out of sausage for today. THAT would’ve been greatttt to know before we ordered stuff that contained sausage in the description instead of simply not receiving any without explanation. This place seems like it needs some real management!!
