I had the chicken taco. It was good. What really put the tacos over the top is the selection of ingredients they provide for the tacos. I put three different salsas on my taco. The tacos are small and are worth the price. I should have purchased 5 tacos. The tacos are $1.50 each.

Amazing Food! Friendly environment and delicious salsas! I added a ton of salsa not thinking it would be hot enough (because the majority of hot sauces from other Mexican joints are not) so it was surprising to find that it was very very spicy but nonetheless delicious and flavorful! Next time I’ll be cautious of how much salsa I put! I found this place by accident and I’m so glad I did because they are now one of my top favorite taco trucks in Utah. I’m always on the hunt for a good taco stand and this one did not disappoint! Definitely coming back!

After traveling home by car for 2 days, i wanted to eat food that wasn’t the same thing. El Jaripeo taco truck’s food felt like a huge welcome home after a week long uncomfortable trip to five states with the worst food options available. Thank you so much, El Jaripeo taco truck! The flavors, atmosphere, kindness, and quickness ( including portion size) meant so much to my family and I after that exhausting trip. Great job . You will be the only taco truck I will suggest from now on.

We’ve had the tacos before they’re always amazing tonight we tried these carne asada fries and they were absolutely amazing! Fresh ingredients, very clean and friendly! Definitely will be the only place we go to for carne asada fries now!

Oh yes, you’ve found it, one of if not thee best Taco Truck in the Salt Lake Valley… If the other reviews don’t already talk up this place, well, place this into your consideration. There is a reason that by 7pm there a lines of 20-30 people gathered outside this taco truck till closing. The food is straight up excellent, rich with authentic flavor with loads of menu options (ie, burritos, tacos sopes, nachos, etc) with just about every meat represented as well, there is a ton to choose from here. Have had most of the mentioned menu items and they have all been super! Need I mention that also at sub $7, that gets you a massive burrito that definitely throws fire on the likes of competitors and block chains like ‘Betos’ and ‘Rancheritos’. That isn’t to say that those other options are bad, because they are generally really nice but with increased price adjustments made over the last couple of years they just don’t compare to this any longer in terms of value. With that being said, plan for there being a line during the latter end of their business hours, but it always goes by very quickly. Also another thing to note, the owners are fantastic, super nice and incredibly down to earth!

I ate here today because I couldnt leave parking lot due to an Amazon truck driver blocking me in for a bit. He was getting food at the taco truck so we decided to do the same. This place was amazing! Great big burritos, great condiments to add to them from salsa bar, and great prices! So glad Amazon driver kept me from leaving today!!!
