Honestly if there was a no star I would give it, horrible, dirty place will never return, went to eat late diner with fam. They had mentioned that they were not going to make more pizzas due to being late 9:15pm, the pizzas that were on the serving table were cold, the ice machine had no ice, they noticed I was taking pics and the cleaning lady started making pizzas with no gloves not to mention the cashier was eating pizza in the back with other coworkers, PS got stomach sick, will never return ever.

Wasn’t what I’m used to for CiCis. The amount for a buffet these days, you’d expect fresh pizza. The pizza was not fresh, and they knew it. I had to request all fresh pizza, which they did provided and threw the old away. I appreciate them doing that much. Won’t be I’m a hurry to return to this location.

Nice location…small inside…prices are of course inflated…the wings are not worth the price…why would you sell the drink separate with the buffet..the wings smelled wrong…the salad bar was not restocked…they could not keep up with the customer demand…there was no pizza on the bar you had to run and get a slice because they only brought one pizza like every 20 minutes…so pretty much if you are just coming in you were paying for empty buffet…the arcade needs better games…I would come back but not regularly..the pizzas were good!

I drove from Atlanta, Ga. to treat my grandson. The food was not as good as I remembered. But the last time I visited CiCi was over five years ago and the location was Indiana. The workers were nice but seemed disconnected and nervous. I placed my order and was charged more than twice for the meals. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and was told she did not see the issue. However, I noted that workers were staring at our party and talking. I initiated a conversation and was told that I needed to pay for my meals. explained that my card had been charged too much. My words fell on deaf ears. I understand that I am guilty until proven innocent. I paid for the meal again. The manager Claudette assured me that if I had been overcharged, she would refund my payment with no hesitancy. The occurrence was 8/5/23. Monday the transaction posted, which meant I had paid twice as much for my meals. I reached out to Claudette and followed her instructions to obtain my refund. I did not receive it. I called the next day and she informed me that she had not forgotten about me and she would keep me updated. The update did not occur. I reached out to her again (8/8/23) and she told me she was not working that day. However, her manager had instructed her on the steps required to refund my money and she would do so first thing in the morning. It is 3:46 pm EST and I have not received my refund. I sent a text to Claudette and received no response. I called Claudette and received no answer. I left a voicemail and decided to also leave a review. I performed in good faith, even though I knew I had been overcharged. I did not want her count wrong for the evening. I REALLY WANT MY REFUND, NOW.

Went in for lunch, and the air conditioning was out (on a 100 degree day), but that wasn’t the worst of it: there was zero pizza. There was no pizza on the oven; and employees were sitting at tables, drinking and eating. After 15 minutes, they put one pizza out–a pepperoni pizza that was, obviously, made in haste: crust still soft and poorly prepared. There was a line at the door, and people sitting in groups at their tables waiting for food. It cost $24 dollars for me and my guest, only to wait and eat one slice (if you were fast enough) every 10 minutes. There was no dessert, no pasta, no salad, and absolutely zero pizza, save for three slices that looked like card curled board. C’mon, guys. Are you trying to go out of business? I saw no management, no one in charge leading the cluster-f$%k that should have been a pizza buffet. Spend your money at Pizza Hut. Yeah, you wait longer: but at least you’ll get something edible out of the experience. What a waste of time.

OMG THE WORST EVER! Traveling through on vacation thought we would try this place haven’t been in over 10 years now I know why!! Salad bar was horrible half the items were not there just empty containers and we had to ask anytime we wanted some pizza! When we walked in they only had two pizzas ready and no dessert pizzas which I heard were the best so after having two slices and a small glass of Pop and spending $22 my girlfriend and I decided it was time to leave from this horrible experience!!

I would not recommend this location at all to anyone. I bit into a slice and immediately pulled a large sized piece of plastic from my mouth. I assume it came from a wrapper of something as it was a little torn looking. I placed it on a plate and motioned for the cashier. She came over and I brought it to her attention and for her to take it to the kitchen. I expected the manager would at least come to our table and apologize. Nobody said a word. Not a question. Nothing. A child could have easily choked on what I pulled from my mouth. I don’t review like this at all but this location is not what it used to be.

A decent place for a quick meal. The pizza is served buffet style All you care to eat. Small, frugal amounts of toppings makes each pizza basically taste like all the others but they’re not terrible, just a bit dry and bland. Has a small salad area, but a fair mix of toppings and dressings are available. Also serves pasta and desserts. The free drink refills are nice. Sometimes during slow business hours the pizza bar gets a bit neglected, but they will make a requested style with no problem. It’s an acceptably clean restaurant with nice employees. And the per person price is good.

I gave this place a second chance and honestly they should shut it down! The owner obviously doesn’t care about all the negative reviews because the wait on the pizza is forever no ice in the ice machine EVER!!!!! Seems like they care more about there call in orders than there indoor customers!!! Negative stars
