Have done dine in and carry out both and enjoyed food every time. Carry out is very fast with hot food and accurate orders every time. Went back for dine in the other night with family and all dishes were beautiful in presentation and cooked on point. Servers were super friendly and kind. The atmosphere offers nice booth seating and the opportunity to carry out nice family conversations and time with people you care most about. This is a gem of a place where you can hear the other person at your table. Good Fortune is the place to go for Chinese Food in Surprise.

My daughter an I ate here tonight on our Daddy Daughter Date. Best Chinese food around!!! I will not go anywhere else from now on. Little pricey but the quality, flavor and amount of food was worth it. Food is incredible!! Hot,fast ,fresh, and flavorful!! Service was great drinks never emptied everything was prompt and correct. 10/10 Recommend!!

My first review is below. However, we came back and afterwards I would say from that experience that I would not recommend this place! I thought it was a fluke that there wasn’t a lot of meat in our meals … But it was not. I had ordered mushu chicken this time which definitely was the weirdest mushu chicken I’ve had in my life! It was more like cabbage with a little pieces of chicken in it that smelled not so great. And the tortillas were flour tortillas not little crepe like wraps. We also got sweet and sour chicken which tasted good but made you feel terrible afterwards. The chicken was over breaded and super teeny inside. It tasted more like Chinese donuts.. Which is delicious but it’s not sweet and sour chicken.

3.5 – Disappointed. We were sat down promptly upon walking in but service fell from there. Through our 30 minutes there we had maybe 5 different waiters/staff assist us. Maybe we walked in on an off day but the food was bland. The Orange Chicken has the classic processed Orange flavor (though chicken was cooked well), rice was kind of dry (what there was of it, needed more rice to add to the dish), but the Kung Po Chicken had absolutely no flavor whatsoever – it wasn’t spicy like shown on menu and there was no sauce substance on it. It consisted solely of veggies, dry chicken, and peanuts put on the plate. I had to add pepper and soy sauce to eat it because otherwise it just tasted like water and peanuts. Maybe I was expecting something more than I received but it was not enjoyable for $35 and we won’t be returning.

Since the new owner has taken over, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. These people are exceeding my expectations at every touch point in their business. I must say it is a huge improvement since the new owner took over. She has done on super job. Keep up the good work. We’ve been spreading the word.

Stop at this place after our baseball game and let me tell you, I was concern at first since we were the only ones there. Once the food started coming… I was very impressed with how good the food was and how good the waitress was taking care of us. I am a good eater and I still had food to take home. Food portion is very big and delicious, Recommended!!!

The restaurant itself is dated, so we get our food to go. The egg rolls are good, so is the sesame chicken, general Tao s chicken. The fried rice is good, but you need to add egg, and not really any veggies except onion. Husband likes some lobster dish, can’t remember the name. He did not like the calamari appetizer. Lo mean is the kind with big noodles, I like skinny noodles . No dessert options. It’s a good option, not a great option.

Friendly Greeted and Seated immediately. Beverage order and delivered. Clean, bright pleasant. And comfortable seating. They do a lot of takeout orders. Service was very good, she repeated the details of what we ordered, which we ordered by numbers. #1 ( Happy family) and#5 ( scallops, beef, veggies in brown sauce) all come with white rice, both$15.99 large portions, did not scimp on the scallops, beef,pork shrimp,etc in both entrees . We also ordered spring rolls (2). All food was served hot. VERY good! Our Good Fortune to have this restaurant in our neighborhood!
