Great place which is rather small inside but can dine in. The food may take a little while since it is made fresh. Waffle fires were great and crunchy with their sauce which is sweet and creamy. As for the Sando chicken sandwich (Choose the ‘Hot’ option) it is a lot hotter than you would think. The chicken is crispy and juicy. This is definitely a trendy spot to go.

First time here. Had a #1 chicken sandwich. It was very good. You can pick your spicy level from none to flaming. The coleslaw on the sandwich was a bit of surprise, but it reallt made it excellent.

Great chicken here! I got the medium hot for my chicken sandwich and it’s about as spicy as a Popeyes spicy sandwich. Loved the slaw on the sandwich, my only complaint was the sandwich was a bit dry overall. The waffle fries were seasoned and crispy. The mac and cheese was on the dry side which isn’t my cup of tea, but overall the meal was really good!

I stopped in Hangry Joe’s for something different. I ordered the Korean Chicken Nuggets with no heat. While I enjoy spicy I wanted to experience the flavor for the first time without. It’s a good sweet/savory sauce. They come with a side of rice. I would’ve like more sauce for the rice. I also ordered a side of waffle fries, they lacked seasoning but came with a good dipping sauce.

Staff was extremely nice and informative! The tables were also clean which is a plus. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with their waffle fries and drink for about 13 dollars and some change. I waited around 6-8 minutes for my food which is perfectly reasonable. However, when I received my order the bottom bun of my sandwich was overly soggy and flat, to the point where I had to finish my sandwich without it. The flavor profile of my meal was delicious but I cannot excuse the bun being that soggy which is why I am giving my visit 3/5. I am willing to try Hangry Joe’s again as the other menu items look enticing. Once I do so I will update my rating based on the overall experience and quality of both visits.

Came in for the first time today after searching for restaurants near my office. I saw another reviewer say the best thing thing tried was the Korean chicken nuggets so that’s what I ordered. The food was excellent. I ordered them hot and it was the perfect amount of spice. Mike was very attentive, he came by and asked how my food was and offered some sauce for my nuggets. I really appreciated that as It’s not something I’m used to at a restaurant that doesn’t have waiters. I would definitely recommend to others and come back for more lunch.

Today was our first time to visit Hangry Joe’s, and we will be back. Dylan at the front counter was very helpful, polite, and personable The Korean chicken was amazing, and the waffle fries are better than other chicken eateries. Even though this is a “fast food” type environment where you order at the counter, Dylan checked on us several times during our visit to make sure we were enjoying our food and to offer take out boxes when he saw we couldn’t eat it all. The Korean chicken combo meal is a large portion. We also enjoyed the country music sound track that was playing; nice music without extremely loud volume.
