What makes this quintessential Wisconsin fish fry (yes, served in a corner bar) stand out from the rest is its presentation. First place order with waitress; then make way to bar. Enjoy cocktail while waiting for dinner. When all is ready, waitress takes you to table. And there’s your food, just waiting for you to indulge! The place is very small, the people are super friendly and they accept cash only. ATM machine available in corner of bar.

Had the Friday fish fry. Was pretty good. Not very greasy which is always good. Place is small but the food gets to you pretty fast. Only complaint was the tater tots were cold. Would try again for another fish fry.

The food here is always amazing . Best potato pancakes and broasted chicken. Only thing I don’t care for much is that this place is cash only. There is an ATM inside. Also, because this place is so good, it’s ALWAYS busy for dinner. The bar and restaurant itself is tiny so it’s hard to move around inside, people are usually shoulder to shoulder. I believe you need to make reservations to dine in. Regardless, amazing food.

Great fish fry. Excellent service, even through covid. Have been eating there for 30+ years. Never had a bad experience. The Cole slaw is very good also. A must try! Saturday chicken is also tasty.
