Been getting beef and cheeder form this location for years and now they decided to make the sandwich correctly and not tell anyone. I never knew they were making it wrong. I just bought $12.00 worth of food I can’t eat. I called and they just said of we decided to do it the correct way in the last 2 weeks. Couldn’t tell people this? They could be like Hey we just changed this item, is what we did ok? Then they hung up. They could of at least offer to make it again for me since this is technically something they did and didn’t let anyone know. Just poor customer service. Not even an apology.

The food was cold and hard and the fries tasted like old grease. Sent an email and was asked for address (which I provided) for them to send 2 meal vouchers. 5 months later I followed up and was told they didn’t have an address to send them to, so I provided it again. Now, 7 months after 2nd correspondence, still nothing. My issue at this point isn’t about the vouchers, it’s just disappointment with the company as a whole. Waste of time contacting them if you have a complaint.
