I wish I could give no Stars, I stop eating at Domino’s a year ago because of this location!!!! The Store Manager Stay lying and even have the Employees lie with!!!!! I spoke with a lady on the phone who told me she didn’t see my pizzas on the Receipt in their computer, so drove up there ask for my receipt and just as I thought the pizza I ordered was indeed in their computer. Either their stealing money from customers pretending we didn’t order food and deleted them later to collect the money. I will not eat here again, I paid for delivery and didn’t get offered my delivery fee back got treated like a liar and had to wait 20 mins to have the pizza made. If you guys Employees can’t be honest about paid food no telling what else their doing to our food.

On June 15, 2021 I called to place an order. Who knew a call center would answer? Any way I had to be transferred back to the store……..they never answered. I mean, I sat on hold and listened to the manager specials for 10 minutes before I drove to the store. Arrived at the store, my call still on hold for now 23 minutes unanswered, I walk in to see 2 guys sitting on the counter and 2 others working. I ask if they answer the phone and they inform me “no we rely on the call center, if we answer you can’t hear us, or we can’t hear you.” Maybe if the music that was blasting was turned down you would hear customers after all, aren’t phone calls part of the job? Anyway, there is enough rules to get a pizza at this place to never order again, no you can’t use the drive up window to place an order, and apparently you can’t call to place an order. What a joke

They forgot my tots. I called to inform them politely. They said it would be 10-15 minutes. Almost 40 minutes later they arrived cold with practically no toppings. Not even close to loaded. Nasty & not worth the money. My family was done eating by the time they arrived. I was offered half off a medium pizza or 60 points ( which I can’t redeem because im not a rewards member).

Update on Domino’s horrible services. This time 6-15-2021 I called got the call center and was transferred to the store. The store picked up the phone and put it on hold and never answered. I arrived at this location was informed they don’t answer the phone cause they can’t hear it. If they turned the music down you could hear your customer. This location is horrible, a corporate inspector needs to come check our these business practices for 1 thing. The next thing is how many rules do you have to order a pizza? You can’t place an order at a drive up, you can’t call because they don’t answer. Only option is to go inside, place your order and be asked 5 times “what was that” by the guys sitting on the counter when you walk in while you’re on hold with the restaurant cause they won’t turn their music down. These employees need to realize they are in the restaurant for customers and not for a social gathering with their friends listening to music. This is a joke of a store. Really need to get it together. Domino’s in Springfield was much better when the Canadians had ownership.

These guys are close to home and we’ve been happy each time we’ve ordered since moving back to Springfield in January. They’ve made our dinner and lunches on days I didn’t have it in me. We appreciate each Domino’s employees for making our experience a good one each time we order ! Thank you Domino’s!

Dear Management. It would be prudent to discuss better people skills with your staff. To talk mess about a customer for walking into the store wearing headphones is absolutely unnecessary. What if I was mute and unable to verbally communicate with them? I placed my order online, and waited patiently for it to be done. There’s no need for snickers like school children that they mistakenly THOUGHT I couldn’t hear. Just because I’m wearing ear buds doesn’t mean I’m incapable of hearing. These people need to learn some respect, and home training. Someone should teach them that people come in different shapes, sizes, and may also be disabled. Therefore it’s best to shut their rude mouths before assuming anything about a paying customer. The lack of professionalism displayed here today is of what I haven’t experienced before. It’s a shame because this has been our go to store for years. I guess y’all just hire anybody to represent the business in which we will take ours elsewhere.
