My kids had a blast!! The promotion available right now is amazing. I took my son for his birthday and bought the unlimited hour pass for 8 weeks. This is the best promotion I’ve seen any play place offer. Now, we get to go back once a week for an hour of play, and I get a 20% discount on food and beverages. The workers are all kind and helpful. This is a great place for younger kids to have fun, and a huge plus is that the kids can not just run out the doo due to amazing security measures in place. My son is severely autistic and likes to run out the doors, so this is a safety measure I highly appreciate. We had a great time and will be going back all summer.

So why did I give it five stars? Because they are so few places like this where you can take your kids for a birthday party and have decent pizza with a salad bar and the place be clean. Recently remodeled, the place was kept clean and all the machines worked while we were there. Pizza was very good and always has been.

Usually we have a good time here but today there was only one person on staff, which opened an opportunity for a sketchy character to walk right in. She appeared to be homeless and was riding a bicycle which she left outside. No child with her. No check when she walked in. She used the restroom that my 11 year old was in and then walked over to my toddler who was with my other 11 year old while I cleaned up our pizza mess and started recording her with her phone. I shot her a dirty look and she left the establishment. I do not blame the employee because he was the ONLY employee I saw today, so if he had to use the restroom or anything, there was no one to watch the entrance. There needs to be at least 2 employees present at all times because child predators are a real threat, and they shouldn’t be able to just walk in to a place like Chuck E. Cheese.

Feel like chuck e cheese had been on the decline for a long time. No more animatronic puppets (just videos), expensive food for the quality, no more tunnel/ ball pit, and all the games are just chance ticket winning games and a couple ride one. With all that said the service is usually great at my location and my 2 year old still enjoys it. I do think their birthday party packages are good since you don’t really have to do any setup or cleanup.

The manager that scanned us in was so nice and informative. He scanned us in and explained all the new services they offered. The nice young lady that helped me with placing my order on June 23rd was so helpful since we haven’t been there for a while. It was so much cleaner and brighter! They took away the tunnel to climb in and the balls to jump in thank goodness! More games were added and the grandsons loved it! They are 5 and 6 and said it was the best pizza they ever ate! Their salad bar was well stocked and fresh. I want to give a special shout out to Ty’Keya! She is the most patient employee ever! Thanks to her for all her help as they chose the prizes. We will return!

Chuck E. Cheese is a fun, clean, and convenient place to hold a kids’ birthday party. The party table is already set up prior to your scheduled arrival by a party hostess/host. The arcade games are ready to go. The kids have fun, and the adults are free to enjoy their children. Clean up is taken care of by the hostess. It’s as easy as that!

Was pushed to get a plan they offer now, I gave in and they threw in some extra drinks and such. Games all worked so it was fun. But I was with a large group and 8 of us were all sick the next few days! Food poisoning? I think so!!! won’t be returning!

Typical every other Saturday thing with the kids. Different people everything. Some new games were added and they changed the party room a bit. Over all its still a fun place to go.

Great place to be a kid! We had my daughter birthday there and they didn’t disappoint. The staff was very friendly and took on the majority party responsibilities even cut up the cake for us so the kids had enough time to play and do presents. The party pricing is very reasonable. Great value, our party host did an amazing job!
