My wife works out here and sometimes I bring the kids to visit for lunch or dinner if she has a late shift. This location consistently has the best food out of any Culver’s I’ve eaten at so if I don’t have time to pack food, I wind up grabbing food for everyone from here. The staff are fast and polite and the one time we ate inside it was spotless. Other Culvers are good but this is the best one I’ve been to.

Family loves Culver’s and this location is very convenient, so we’ve been here many times over the past (20?) years. I’ll say this: never got an order wrong. In fact, none of the 3 locations we go to most have done so. Very efficient, never seem understaffed and always a smile.

Went thru the drive thru. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. When I got home (only live a few blocks away) the sandwich was cold and it looked like someone tried to press the top bun flat. Only had one small tomato slice and the lettuce looked old. Very disappointing.

Just okay (Sunday at 1:45). All relatively minor things, but added up to be a subpar experience that made me notice the faults of this place. Cashier didn’t verbally give total, ask if that was all, or say thank you. We ended up saying thanks at the end of the awkward exchange and got a “yup.” There was no smile or any verbal acknowledgment when our food was brought. They forgot one of our sandwiches. We didn’t have a problem at the counter getting the sandwich, but we did hear some of the staff complaining to each other about how, “he’s not listening to me, can you help?” There was a smashed chicken breast near the door/cashier for the full 45 minutes we were there. Table was also unwashed/sticky, so I used a sanitizing wipe I had with me. Bathrooms were clean enough but I wouldn’t say clean.

Culver’s food is very good, frozen custard is outstanding and the place is always clean, well-run and their service staff is great. It’s obvious that they take the time to train, and there is pride of ownership in the management.

Last few times I’ve been in and ordered a cone, there is literally one rounded-off scoop of custard while my kids single scoop dishes are over full. Been coming here since the day it opened, and never have I seen them scoop cones like they have been the last 18m+.

We’re sick of spending money at this location to be constantly disappointed. It starts when the rude blond girl with the ponytail is working and takes your order. Then there’s always one of a few things messed up. Either my burger is way under cooked, or the fries aren’t cooked right, or you get a half order of fries (usually). Or they are really good at smashing sandwiches. They flatten a grilled cheese or a sourdough melt when my wife orders chili. This location is by far the worst.
