Ordered online and it was ready in less than 15 minutes which I thought was amazing until I got home and found half of the toppings were missing. Supposed to be two kinds of pepperoni but only the spicy, curly kind not the regular kind. I expect more from a Detroit style pie than what this location is offering.

Well for starters it took us almost 10 minutes to order our food I don’t know if the guy that was waiting on us was high or what but after spending 10 minutes placing our order we still ended up getting the wrong orders even down to our drink so supposed to be one Pepsi one Mountain Dew we ended up getting two Pepsis the guy actually came out to our car to bring us our order with the two Pepsis I pointed out one should be a Mountain Dew he actually goes back into the restaurant and comes out with yet to Pepsis I mean no no one is supposed to be a Mountain Dew he says well yeah but he had him written down his two Pepsis and I said well yeah but you just came out here and I told you nope supposed to be a Pepsi and a Mountain Dew so that was annoying especially since it was 80 degrees and they didn’t have a dining restaurant so I had to eat this in my car I think the whole thing took about 25 to 30 minutes to actually get our order and get the correct order so yeah I guess I do still love Pizza Hut I’m just going to start going to the main restaurants again not these little pop-up versions of so yeah that particular experience was not a good experience.

I called to have pizza delivered, I was told I needed to call a different PH HELLO, same zip code, you’re less than a mile from me, seems like someone didn’t want to make a pizza, so, I just ordered online, they did deliver and fairly fast, but hell when you don’t bake the pizza and deliver like doe and don’t put all the toppings customer paid for (aka me) that will definitely cut your time! I would call and complain however, it’s not worth the aggravation, I simply will take my business elsewhere, so franchise owner when you’re ready to shudder your franchise and close down you can thank your crew of 5:30 ish January 13!
