HORRIBLE customer service. I used to order from here about once a week. I pre ordered a pizza on their app for delivery. 30 minutes after it was supposedly delivered,I get a notification that my order was complete, I called the store. They claimed the driver couldn’t find my condo that had been delivered to multiple times. He also claimed the driver called “a million times”. Which was not true. The person that answered the phone said they would send the pizza back out. I said I didn’t want a cold hour old pizza. He said they would send a new one in 20 minutes and it never showed up. I called back later that night asking for a refund. They offered me a store credit. There are plenty of better options for pizza in Carol stream, I will not be ordering from this store anymore.

If you want to feed your children in 25 mins and for a reasonable price call Dominos. Our food is always hot. My kids love it. The price is great and delivery is super fast. Cheesy pull apart bread is awesome and so are the desserts.

I usually have a good experience but what I dealt with the other day was completely unprofessional. I only had 6 dollars to feed my family so I used a coupon I had for a free pizza. I placed a delivery order but couldn’t provide a tip because I didn’t have any remaining funds from the delivery fees. I then receive a call trying to guilt trip me into giving a tip and after eating the delivered pizza we all got sick. not to mention the delivery man opened my back gate and literally threw the pizza on the ground. Although Every experience I had prior to this was extremely professional and quick despite this I am now wary to eating here. (we all only had a slice because after biting into it we noticed the dough was literally bubbles and looked horrible and we are all still sick.)

Not sure if the employees either don’t care or are incompetent or if they are short staffed but it takes way to long for them to answer the phone and once they do its like talking to a brick wall. They only take cash on an order under 30 dollars but nowadays what doesn’t come to 30 dollars with delivery?

Bad experience when I placed my order by phone … I wanted to request the promotion of $ 14.99 !! And the person on the phone told me that they no longer had that promotion … when I arrived at the place to pick up my order … they have the brochure with the special I wanted at the beginning … and they couldn’t cancel or fix my order because the pizza was ready …when I pay for my order the lady does not give me my receipt I asked her and she only gives me the amount I pay … I just want to tell everyone to be careful when pay .. they do not give a receipt with the details and they do not put the price of the promotion …look at my receipt and the promotions picture .

I just ordered the 5.99 deal with a Buffalo chicken sandwich and a medium pizza with pepperoni and banana peppers. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was great. The medium pizza is not even edible. It tasted gross. Something just didn’t taste right on the pizza. I LOVE pizzas from other domino’s locations. This was my first order ever from this location. Never coming back.
