The service is very good and the food is decent. Nothing wrong but it feels like a fast food with a server. Ordered several shareable dishes (6) and they wereall served in less than 5 minutes. Some were at room temperature and not recently cooked. They were good but it felt rushed.

Went here for Queens Feast and feast we did! The portions were so great, we got to taste so many things, each better than the last and our server was so sweet. I’m still dreaming about those poke nachos. Will be coming back again!

Our waiter Jorge was great. We enjoyed our experience, and service was quick. Everything we had was amazing. Some of the meats selection was very tender and juicy. In the midst of our meal, fire alarm went off, and we waited 30 minutes outside until the fire Marshall provided clearance to go back in. That didn’t affect our 90-minutes allowed. Definitely will visit again.

This has become a family favorite for special occasions. We usually order a pre-set menu so we can try things that we wouldn’t normally. You can order from the menu of just your favorites, but we like to have a smaller sampling of a lot. The staff is attentive and professional. I would recommend a reservation for weekends.

Japanese bbq chain in Charlotte, but is it better than korean bbq, I don’t think so. Some cuts of the meat are tough and not marinate well. You still have fun grilling your own food in front of you. Their drink looks pretty appealing, didn’t try it this time but next time I am going try their Asian flavor mix cocktail.

For having been in Japan at a BBQ restaurant, I can attest that this is very authentic.

My server was incredibly sweet. I had the poke nachos and the kimchi ramen bowl which is made without meat. I enjoyed both. Only thing I would say is I wish there was more chips with the poke nachos.

Great atmosphere, great drinks, great portion size for price! Waiter did an excellent job explaining the process if it’s your first time. Saved this place to my favorites. I’d definitely recommend!
