Wanted tacos. This is what I got. I had to go to the front because they are trying to keep drive thru times down. The young man that brought me my food was swinging the bag so hard that I have to eat the food from the bag. These kids in the restaurants are something else. No manager on duty or couldn’t be found…. wasted 15 bucks

Would absolutely give ZERO stars to this location if possible. Corporate needs to come down from Fort Worth and take a look at how their restaurants in this area are being ran. If you care about your company, you really should. It is absolutely pathetic that the people who work in this location cannot make something as simple as pouring the right ingredients (and more than a drop) onto combination nachos. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT CHEESE ON CHIPS… it’s not. What a waste of what used to be an awesome place. I’d happily speak to corporate about my repeated terrible experiences here. I only continue to come back in hopes that it will one day return to the company I once used to love. The manager doesn’t even speak English at this location to handle problems when things arise. Pathetic.

I understand I came during lunch rush but this is pitiful and unacceptable. Out of all the years I’ve been a customer I’ve never received a plate like this. Drive through service was unacceptable. My order was only flour tortillas, drive up to window and was handed someone else’s food. Employee stated no tortillas were made. Was suggested to drive around and wait for tortillas and had to call to ask for my tortillas. None of the female and male employees were wearing hair nets. Too much makeup and no cleanliness.

Worst Rosa’s in Odessa, workers always have an attitude, I tried to get soft tacos and the girl has said they don’t have tortillas for that and I should go buy somewhere els. They also don’t give tortillas with plates because they don’t have tortillas for that either. Low quality service and food at this Rosa’s on 8th street
