The only reason I will give this place 1 star is because the food was delicious, that was it. Our server, Kristen, was terrible and we only tipped her according to her service, $5. However, when our credit card was run, she somehow managed to have a $25 tip. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Russ, and he defended his waitress saying it was “against her moral code” to steal from anyone. I requested a copy of my signed receipt be emailed to me, but how convenient, the receipt was nowhere to be found. I was refunded the $20 I was over charged and offered a “complimentary” meal on the house, but I will never step foot in that TERRIBLE restaurant again. Terrible service and I still do not know if money was stolen from me or not.

The Melting Pot, is a phenomenal date place for a romantic night. They have different packages including rose’s to help set the mood. It’s breathtakingly beautiful with an alluring glass wine loft as soon as you enter the restaurant. Not only is it great for a date but also girls night out! The bar is on point with bartenders who love to help you pick a drink, if you like to switch it up. The management is hands on & the staff is extraordinarily polite. Two thumbs up!

ok so me and my wife went to the melting pot for our 3 year anniversary. we have been once before 2 years ago and let me tell you the whole experience was way way worse this time. the melting pot closed after the first time we went which was great. it stayed closed for quit a few months before it reopened. obviously the new owners dont take pride in this place now. we first walked in and the hostess was nice but dressed very unprofessional. as we were seated the floors were very dirty and also our booth seats and cooktop was dirty. our waitress was very forgetful and she ultimately ruined our dinner. my glass was empty 3/4 of the 2 hours we were their. she filled my glass once and we had to ask a manager that was walking by to refill another time. the food was delicious which is why i give 2 stars and not 1. for dessert we ordered the oreo chocolate and she brought us the smores. we also asked for coffee which never came. lastly after we paid we had to ask for our card back because she forgot to give it to us. i guess its also good to add that they were super slow. maybe 8 cars in the parking lot. definitely not worth the $100 bill we paid.

If you liked boiled meat, by all means this is your place. I’m not picky, and love to try new things. Wanted to try Melting Pot for years, just never got around to it. Finally my husband agreed to try something new. The fondue was really good ( we got the spinach and artichoke) very similar to spinach dip at any other chain. Now we had no idea going here we had to cook our own food. for me no biggie I thought it was romantic, my husband didn’t care for that. you get to choose what you want steak, chicken, seafood, or all. The cooking method is in a variety of different broths to choose from. I don’t know about anyone else but who wants boiled steak, chicken or duck? It was disgusting. Felt as though I was eating raw meat because of the texture of your meat being boiled in liquid. We didnt even finish our meal $170.00 we ended up picking up fast food, and my hubby was NOT HAPPY. idk why this place gets rave reviews. I know good food, this unfortunately was not it. Our server was great, and the ambiance was nice, but that’s about it.

If you want a grilled steak, go to longhorn. If you want fondue, eat at the melting pot. Just know that when you walk in to the melting pot you will not be getting a grilled steak.

can’t give zero stars but after making reservations, calling to confirm them and arriving on time we got to see multiple walkins seated before us while spending 45 minutes waiting. we gave up and left after hostess said we were still 3 groups down on the seating list and couldn’t give us an estimate. so lesson learned don’t waste time calling this place if you want to keep your evening plans inline.

Terrible… service was horrible and I had to ask multiple times for a drink refill.. the food was horrible… not worth the money at all!!! To be hungry after sending $115.00 on two people to eat is not okay… the cheese fondue was so bad, we just pushed it over to the side… having raw me and the raw meat juice on the same table I was eating on grossed me out and boiling my meat in broth?? That’s so weird… nothing was good about this place.
