Pretty nice Buffalo Wild Wings, same as the others for the most part, regarding set up inside but the booths here have personal televisions on them which is nice for football.

we went at 6:30 on a saturday night and it was almost completely empty. our sever said he had a lot of tables.. which is hard to believe bc there was about 4 tables full and 3 servers there. the onion rings we ordered were super thick and not cooked all the way and weren’t all beer batter some were regular. they were just horrible. the traditional wings were so tiny it was hard to even fill up on even with an appetizer. the second “sweet” tea we were brought wasn’t sweet and tasted mostly like water. they did give us 15% off and took the onion rings off the bill and it was still $40 for food that wasn’t even worth it.

*managers name was Tyler L- when requested would not even return to the Table to speak after blatantly lying. Bartender proved to be Helpful when we had to get our own refills* Worst experience i can ever have at a BWW. Waitress came. Got drinks and food order same time. Waited 45 minutes for food. (Kitchen supposedly busy) but yet food comes out by a different individual (assumed food runner) food was sat down. And left. No nothing. Absolutely cold. Stale. Tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp drying out for the 45 minutes wait. Asked for wedges and fries. Got 4 wedges and some trash burnt ends. A pinch. Literal pinch of dry rub. Waitress didnt return to the table until 38 minutes after the food was dropped off. For a total of 83 minutes with out a single check. When she came she says ill bring a box and a bill. Absolutely not. Manager seemed to be respectful. Offered to remove the food from the bill. Understandable. However nothing was done to address the original issue that the waitress has terrible time management. Table behind me was sat. Ordered. Boxed. Bill paid and out the door. Before she even came to the table. Absolutely 100% not how my Understandig of attentive staff is. Not sure if the quality of staff has declined that bad. Or if the fact that she just didnt give two craps about the guy in the corner. I come to this location often and 75% of the time service is decent and food atleast meets mediocre. The past 3 times. Absolutely horrible. Hence leaving this review. Not sure what or if anyone pays attention to these but man does this place needs some help. Bad. Management down needs some kind of attention.

Me and the wife eat here quite often. We almost always spend between $100.00 to $150.00 and i always tip very well. Last night we just couldn’t wait to get our food and leave. Our waitress was a young girl that wasn’t very attentive and it was a very light crowd. But that could’ve been because she was more worried about her group of underage friends they sat beside us that were obviously under 21 but were being served alcohol. They were breaking glasses and falling around being extremely loud and obnoxious witch is why we couldn’t wait to leave. We actually got up and moved tables to get away from it. We also knew they weren’t 21 because one of them dropped there wallet and his ID said he was 17. Once we seen who it belonged to we left it were we found it. You would think such a big business would be a little more diligent on checking the age of some one before serving them alcohol and allowing them to act this way in there establishment. Super disappointed in the service and the environment last night. If the management would like to see what was taking place look on your cameras june 3rd between 10:30 and 11:30 pm you’ll see them acting a fool and my family moving tables to get away from it. We’ll try a new location another time but it won’t be this one.

Went on a Monday night. Wasn’t overly busy. Got drinks, ordered food, and asked waitress if she could change our tv or any TV to show the REDS baseball game because for some reason they had every team in the MLB on but the REDS…? She said yes, 25/30 min goes by and game still hasn’t been turned on. We ask again when food is delivered. We got a response of, “Only the bartender can change the channel and they are busy, idk what to tell you “….

Disclaimer: Check that you have enough ranch before you leave with your order. I order take out there every once in awhile and they can’t seem to give me the right amount of ranch. The last time I ordered 30 wings and got two ranch. Who thinks two ranch is enough for 30 wings? The time before that they didn’t even give us the Chipotle ranch that went with the cheese curds. It’s enough to make me not want to go there anymore.

When we went like a couple weeks ago, it was so disorganized! Went in with a line of ppl waiting to be seated. Staff at front said about half hour wait. When asked about bar, she just said to go and check it out yourself. We did, we walked towards it and noticed there were multiple tables available, just not cleaned yet. We sat at bar and noticed how short staffed it was, took them at least half hour or more to clear one table. A family with kids even came over to the bar but since they were underaged, the bartender basically just asked them to sit at an dirty table and she’d have someone clear it for them. The server messed up our order but bartender was nice and noticed it but oh well, was almost done anyways.

I’ve ordered delivery from here twice and twice food has been missing. Manager won’t do anything at all about it because it’s through DoorDash. I get “well you could come pick up the missing item.” Well….I’m at work, if I could come pick it up I wouldn’t have ordered doordash Avoid this place if you’re picky about actually getting what you paid for.
