Very disappointed. I ordered a sandwich and it came burnt and uncut. I had to cut it myself and wipe it down because it was way too greasy. My wife ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and it’s definitely light sauce and regular cheese. Other locations are way better. We get domino’s a lot and we’re never going to this one again.

DO NOT order from here. I ordered parmesan wings. They gave me cinnamon sticks. I drove back to have the order corrected and showed my receipt. When I retuned home, I realized they had gotten my order wrong again (more bread sticks). I called to try and get a refund but was met with hostility and told that if I didn’t like it, not to order from Dominoes anymore. I asked for the persons name I was speaking to and he replied that “I didn’t need to know his name” and then hung up on me. I was denied my refund. This person also claimed to be the manager. I think I’ll take his advice and take my business elsewhere and I’d advise everyone do the same.

***UPDATE: never arrived. We had to call a THIRD time. Were told 2 different stories, and ultimately that they were sitting under the heat lamp. Fella was surly, too. Finally got them delivered… long after everyone else had eaten.

Every time I order from here I get to be the 2nd delivery of a double. My delivery drivers never follow the instructions for a contact less delivery because they are aching for a tip after I already pay a fee. Oh and they can’t ever cut the pizzas all the way though. I could cut this better and more proportionate with a butter knife. Thanks for turning your online off earlier too might as well just surrender your jobs and close down. Go to pizza zone you won’t be left upset and frustrated.

I order from here all the time and I’m really sad to say that this location is going down hill. I ordered a pepperoni jalapeño pizza along with another one and the sauce is so thick in some spots, Some spot don’t even have cheese, and pepperoni stacked on top of each other and the same with the jalapeño, and some how I ended up with buffalo sauce on my pizza? Very trash. Will spend the extra and go down the street to pizza zone from now on. Definitely deserve zero star.

Once again, they get my order wrong or sometimes completely don’t bring it at all and claim they delivered it. I’ve had so many issues in the last year and a half with this store. It’s beyond belief they’re always getting the orders incorrect. I always tip and a tip generously yet I get garbage service they need to fire that manager which I’ve had a run-in with before and apparently I’m not the only one I’ve had hair in my food before they delivered the wrong food and today. Of course they deliver the wrong thing it’s not rocket science people you make something simple, very difficult. Pizza was undercooked. What else can I say? I can say plenty more. I have given them second third fourth chances no more I’m deleting the app and I’m done!

I order for this location regular and this time I order a half and half pizza due to my picky 3yr old, and as I was frustrated with it because it was not what I ordered and I called the location to let them know the order wasn’t right. The person I was speaking with was very nice and super apologetic. On top of making it right he did go above and beyond and I’m grateful especially when I went up there and I was able to see they were short staffed and they were able to be cool, calm and collected! They stopped the clock on the app at 1:42 after we had been sitting outside for over 5 minutes. Then they attempted to scam my mother out of the free pizza that comes with not delivering the ordered pizza curbside after notifying the store of our arrival.

I went to place two pizzas, which was a 15 to 20 mins wait. I went back at that time to get the pizza’s, I was told someone else cane under my last name and took my pizzas. It’s really unprofessional and easy how someone else can steal another person pizza. It sounds like this is happening often there. I had to wait another 15 to 20 mins for my replacement pizza. Ridiculous!!! Wait for your pizzas, dont leave, and make sure others doesnt take your pizzas that you paid for with your name.
