Wow… this location got it together. The only thing better than the food were the employees. The place was clean… music going… nice vibe in the place. I walked in on a Fri at about 12:30, walked up to the counter and a smiling employee stepped up to start my order. The remaining 2 employees were smiling, professional and friendly. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great experience!

Was here Friday late afternoon and was assisted by Shannon. She was friendly and helpful! Seemed to enjoy her job which makes a huge difference in customer service. Food was great and she didn’t skip on portions. My friend (Chipotle connoisseur lol) said the chicken was perfect! Kudos to Shannon with her great service!

I came here today to order a rice bowl. Everything went fine until I went to pay. I was perplexed on why my order was $3 more than it should’ve been, and it turns out the queso is extra. The person making my food did not tell me this and there was nothing on the order board to suggest it was an extra. Mind you I haven’t been to a Chipolte for a year. The cashier was very nice and took it off since he told me it wasn’t exactly clear. I think adding queso for nearly $3 is excessive. The food tasted good regardless and was a generous portion of each ingredient, much better than previous visits.

Would like to give more stars, but they are constantly running out of food, it seems like there only open when they feel like working. Online ordering is a joke, it’s either not available, or when it is available the food is cold, even when you show up 10 minutes before pick up time. For the money they charge for a meal, to what you get it’s not worth it. Save your money and drive 10 minute north to Casa Toro in Coopersburg. For the same price you can have authentic Mexican food, and it’s consistently good.

Me and my husband dined in at this Chipotle and had a very good experience. The dining area was clean, the food preppers were very sanitary and made a point to wash their hands with every new order and get new gloves. Generous portions, tasty and fresh quality. Overall a fantastic Chipotle experience!

I drive past other locations to go to this one after work. It’s Clean, the staff are friendly and they always have food stocked or coming out and tastes great. They’re doing a great job. Easton location by my job need this manager to come train them.

NEVER AGAIN. Ordered online and had a pick up time of 7:40pm. Waited for almost an hour. Get my food and get to my car to check and make sure everything was there. Nope. No chips or guacamole. No lettuce, sour cream, salsa on either burrito bowl. Went back in and asked what was going on and they tell me they’re out of all of those things. There were 12 people waiting to pickup food they ordered online. I watched 27 people walk in the door and go through the line to order, get their food immediately and leave. After about 30 minutes, one of the employees walked outside and posted a sign saying they weren’t taking any “in store” orders and for the next 30 minutes watched them while they continued to take orders in the store. Absolutely ridiculous, no one explained what the problem was, no one said anything about them being behind. They did say they were understaffed….at least 5 employees were standing there doing nothing.
