10 out of 10 Best Japanese!!!!!! I’ve been a patron of the Lauren’s location since it’s opening, and I knew the quality was going to be great, giving I’ve ate at the Greenwood location prior. The food is always the same great quality and taste every time. The menu has a great selection for everyone in the family (even the picky ones). As for the staff super friendly and always have a smile on their faces, and are willing to answer any questions you have. I will always be a Boun’s costumer.

We ate here yesterday, on a Monday night. About 45 minutes from closing I placed our order. Typically I would just not order anything from a place closing within an hour. But we were too hungry to stick to that rule. Anyway, this place is a Diamond in the rough! Small place, in a decent plaza type atmosphere, no place to eat inside but don’t let that stop you from eating here. The food was FANTASTIC! We were both pleasantly surprised. The seasoning was perfect. The portions were just right! All and all we loved the food and will certainly be back!

Would not recommend. They pretty much have children running this place. She rang me up for the wrong thing which was the same price at the order I had made. She pretty much refused to give me what I ordered. I just got my money back and left after waiting 30 minutes.

Good food. But only issue is EVERYTIME they forget to put SOMETHING in that we PAID for. Failed to check this last time after past experiences, and DANG IT SAM!!! They left out an item. Get home and notice, called and they say “well, come back and get it”… No Earline, gas is over $4 how about YOU failed, YOU use your gas to bring it… you got enough free money from me!!!

The food was good when you first opened, But now you’ve got all them young kids doing all the cooking, the wings are dry and tasteless, the teriyaki chicken bowl the chicken is dry, you could charge a little bit more and make a more premium dish. Instead pricing it low to get people to buy it because it’s cheap.

Whoever LOVES this place has not eaten REAL Hibachi food. The noodles are spaghetti noodles. They dont fry the noodles on the grill with the meats and veggies. The stuff is downing in sauce. It didnt taste bad, but it is a far cry from good hibachi food if you are used to it.

Idk if it’s just a night shift thing or what but I ordered their steak and shrimp combo and some teriyaki wings with ranch using DoorDash and it was just awful. The steak and shrimp and the wings were burnt and I didn’t receive the shrimp sauce or ranch dressing that I paid for. And the pass two times I ordered from here I ordered a coke that I never received. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want what you paid for it’s ridiculous.

I ordered a plate with chicken and steak with noodles and vegetables. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the steak was not seasoned but cooked nicely, just not flavor. The noodles and vegetables were very good and was happy with the veggies. I’m hoping this was just a one time experience and will be visiting again soon to try some more food.
