As someone who has been to China town in Chicago, NYC, and San Francisco, my expectations were high because of the rating and fanfare. Maybe that’s the issue. Not sure what the hype was about this place. I did a carry out, the ordering and payment service was quick. The food was definitely below average for me. If you haven’t been to any of the places I mentioned, then maybe this place deserves the rating, but for me, it’s a No and I will not be back. I ordered the basic fried rice that comes as a side and some seafood sauce. Fried rice was definitely not oily which is good, the seafood sauce was salty for me. But in terms of taste, flavor of the food, nah….

This restaurant has the absolute best eggplant with garlic sauce I have ever had! I add chicken to this dish and it’s wonderful! I live on the north side of town, but I travel here at least once a month to get this dish. No one else can make it like they do!

I have to say first if your looking quick service this is the place. I always order my food ahead of time even if it’s my first time trying something from here usually never can go wrong. I love there fried rice the shrimp aren’t so small like other places. I always love there sesame chicken which was something new I tried this time. They also always have great lunch specials going on which comes with protein, rice and a egg roll. I definitely recommend this location. If you go and don’t see cars don’t worry most people are picking up there food and heading home.

Unfortunately I must edit my review. I’ve been eating at this restaurant for almost 20yrs. At ONE TIME it was always very consistent and the quality was always great! I found out that the man who was the owner has unfortunately retired. It’s been quite evident that he’s no longer there my past two visits. I won’t say it’s the worse but the quality is not the same. Not to mention the new little man who’s trying to run it. Definitely not the friendliest. I won’t say I’ll never eat here again but after 20yrs as a customer… I will begin looking for another Chinese restaurant.

Average Chinese food at a top shelf price. We ordered dine-in and everything came out in To Go boxes. The hot sour soup had no mushrooms (and no flavor). The orange shrimp was decent but had no sauce to put on the rice. Friend had sweet sour chicken. With drinks our ticket was $28.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I decided to try this place out after looking for a nice Chinese restaurant. But I realized that the male owners attitude towards his employees is disheartening. And after witnessing that my fried wings were pink on the inside. That’s dangerous and I could’ve gotten sick. If you go lean towards the veggies.

Just picked up an order of ginger chicken with hot & sour soup and egg drop soup. Was supposed to have rice but it wasn’t in the bag. The fried noodles for the rice have changed to prepackaged ones and it’s not nearly as good. The ginger chicken had also changed under new management. It’s just not the same anymore

Sha Cha beef is excellent. Fresh hot mustard is too. I couldn’t give 5 stars solely because dine in uses styrofoam take out boxes and cheap plastic eating utensils. Soy sauce is provided in individual packets only.

I love this place..it’s the top recommendation from an older affluent neighbor of mine. The prices have gone up over the past 10 years ,but the best Chinese I’ve eaten. Yuu will need to ask for extra duck sauce because they only give 1 or 2 packets for 2 full meals. It’s always ready in 10 minutes!
