Too busy or just pure chaos! Pick up order was almost an hour! Too many staff yet no one seems to know how to do anything! They are consistent with the chaos! ONE TIME THEY HAD NO MORE MILK for my ice coffee!!! Never go there if you can avoid it! Just get a donut and keep it moving! But I can’t promise that will go smoothly! Very slow!

It was a long wait for the line but the cashier were really friendly and quick in making your food. The only suggestion which I can make is to be able to choose and customize the food any way possible. I wasn’t able to place mobile order due to limited customization. The store is reasonably priced even though it was located within Great Wolf Lodge. I would hope that they start participating with Dunkin Rewards which will also allow for mobile order through the Dunkin app as well. I would highly recommend this store if you are around the area.

They won’t let you just ask for fewer pumps of syrup in your coffee unlike literally every other Dunkin I’ve been to so my coffee was far too sweet, and if you go to the counter thinking you cab ask there they just say nothing and refuse to lower the amount of syrup without telling you until you get back to your room and drink it. And they say they “can’t” take payment through the app because they won’t be honest and just say for whatever weird reason they won’t. They have a sign saying they also refuse to work with the Dunkin Rewards, presumably because if you’re like me and are actually willing to pay the higher cost of going there you don’t deserve a reward ¯⁠⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯.

0 stars if I could. The worst coffee I have ever had. They didn’t even fill my cup up. The doughnuts were double the regular price. They don’t use the app so you don’t get credit for your expensive order. They don’t have dome lids so ordering whip cream is a hassle. I had to squish the whip cream to get a flat lid on the cup. We added the hotel sugar and creamer to the coffee that already had extra sugar and cream and it was still disgusting. I’m glad this isn’t my regular Dunkin.

The worst customer service. My order was mistaken, when I came up to talk about it to employees, they ignored me and talking between themselves. So finally, I just said “ excuse me, could you help with my order” , some of them turned around laughing and repeating “excuse me” in a sarcastic manner. This not to mention about the order mistakes.

I was pretty disappointed last night. My family and I were returning from the water park (wonderful time) and decided to stop off at Dunkin Donuts on the way back to our guest room for some “very needed” coffee and desert for the kids. They’d been asking all day for donuts and I knew the hours were posted as open until 9:00pm (I was sure to double check as to not disappoint my kids). To my dismay, I approached the service counter at approximately 8:10pm, was kindly greeted but turned away with a “I’m sorry, we closed at 8. You’ll have to come back in the morning.” I replied, “Your hours are clearly listed as open until 9pm.” Looking confused the employee responded, “yea I’m sorry, I can’t help you, we closed at 8.”
