Didn’t have much Interaction with anyone besides when I order my food that was cool. Wanted to try something different, but unfortunately I don’t think I will be going back. The rib tips were one of the two good things everything else a waste of my 24 dollars. The ribs were smoked but dry, the mac and cheese were noodles and seasoning I tasted not one thing of cheese didn’t see any cheese. The smoked beans were my other favorite thing. If I had to choose one. But your visit may be different from mines. Not worth me wanting to try for a different experience.

OMG!! Everything we tried so far was delicious!! We really enjoyed the flavor of the ribs and sausage. We will definitely be going back to try their other items. Hopefully, next time we will get to try the cake.

We attended a neighborhood event that Big 6 catered. We’re glad we went because Big 6 was very good and we got to meet a lot of our neighbors, very nice people. The brisket was very tender and oh so tasty, the sausage and the chicken drum stick was just as good, the beans and tater salad were very good. Now I need to visit their food trailer, they’re bookmarked already.

I grew up in a household where my parents bbq every weekend on our little ‘Old Smokey. So I know bbq and I don’t eat just any bbq. It has to be smoked, seasoned well, and not smothered in bbq sauce. This place was everything I wanted and more. The jalapeño sausage were so flavorful. The guy at the front told me they were homemade. The smoked chicken breast was so juicy and full of flavor. The wait time was a little longer then desired but I know good food takes time. I’ll be back next week. I may call ahead next time.

Ordered the two plate at the truck outside of the auto show. Probably one of the worst BBQ places I have ever been. The brisket was dry and hard, the sausage was disgusting, cold and dry. The bbq sauce was nasty as well. The beans tasted like beans out of a can and the potato salad was bland. Threw the plate away after a few bites. Waste of 23$.

I first found out about Big 6 BBQ while attending the TriStar show at NRG. They were the closest food option there (Chick-Fil-A was closed already ) after walking around for hours. First, let me say I ordered through door dash. I ordered a brisket plate. My 2 sides were potato salad and the smoky beans. In the comment section, I put moist end of brisket, w/sauce on the side. Well, the only thing good about the whole meal was the potato salad. The beans were salty and the brisket was tough! I paid all that money just for potato salad and bread.

Never got to experience the food. The location was not where Gooogle Maps say the facility is. And it is NOT a facility. It is a ROACH COACH, which was CLOSED when we got there SATURDAY 01/04/2020 @ 3pm. Nothing against Roach Coaches just wish it was opened when it said it would be. Get a permanent Building Location for SUGAR LAND Area…!
