We waited 25 minutes from the time we got there till we got our food. Also the lady taking orders was pretty frustrated with her coworkers and customers and talking very loudly. I can understand her frustration with how busy it was but to show it that much is not good customer service. The food was ok. I would not recommend the new American roast beef sandwich. The classic roast beet is much better.

I always was a fan of Arbys. I ordered the brisket and cheddar sandwich which was great, along with amazing curly fries. My only issues was after my meal was done a bug walked across the table. Turned my stomach right away and had to leave

This location is a joke!! My work (we get lunch for 3 of our locations) get lunch here every now and then. Every time it’s a disaster. They told us today they had no nuggets. Ok fine. Then added nuggets to a wrap we ordered. The staff was very rude! Orders were messed up. This will be the last time we get Arby’s. Seriously disappointed!!
