Staying at the Holiday Inn. Saw the waffle house and wanted something sweet. Went over there to get a chocolate chip pancakes and the guy said there’s a shift change in 1 hour that it has to be take out only. Get to talking to the cook and he said that Waffle House would rather them stop serving customers than have the place unready for the shift change in 1 hour. Whatever…. I get my food then get back to the hotel room to see it’s pecan waffles. I wasn’t even going to say anything until I realized my order was screwed up. I absolutely hate nuts in my food!! If I could have just sat down and ate this all could have been avoided. Wasted money. I gave a $5 tip too!!

This location would get less than 1 star from me if possible. We went here and when we walked in the employees were just standing around, every single table was dirty. It was clear that the employees were not busy. We sat at the cleanest table we could find and just used the menu to wipe off crumbs. There was a customer on his phone behind us on FaceTime having a clearly inappropriate conversation (I understand the staff cannot control this). Also, the waitress pulled down the window blinds, we thought she was just being kind. She pulled them down and then proceeded to walk outside to meet another Waffle House employee right outside the entrance where you walk in and they were smoking marijuana right outside the entrance door. It was the worst experience we have ever had. I do not recommend this specific location. I hope management does something about this!

They staff had no pride in their workplace. Every table was filthy and all I seen was employees standing around talking up a storm. I stood there for a few minutes before they even acknowledged my existence. They directed me to go ahead and sit anywhere I wanted and I replied I that all of the tables were dirty. They told me to go ahead and sit at a table and they will clean it. … “Are you serious?” … I said I will wait until a table is cleaned.
