Went in the drive through for a double hamburger with ketchup, mayo, onions, and pickles. It was wrong and it’s not a hard order. I could understand if it was extremely busy and everyone was rushing, but there were only two cars ahead of me. Went in to get it remade and the second time they forgot the pickles. I just ate it anyway and while I was looking at the burger, I realized the patties were extremely thin. It was so thin that two burgers looked like one burger together. The short Hispanic lady, who I assume is the manager, acted clueless and was very rude to not only the customers, but also the other employees.

The general manager uses the urinal, without washing his hands. Then he makes your food with no gloves. The workers spend more time in the bathroom for 30 minutes or watching TikToks rather than to put on a headset and take your order. A place of workplace bullying, false promises by management, and unnecessary drama. Don’t work here and please don’t eat here.

Ordered 7 hash browns and hotcakes. Received 1 hash brown. When we asked for the other six we were told we only ordered one (very rudely). My wife was with me and heard me clear as day say 7. Not a big deal but the attitude was atrocious. Also would have loved to have gotten a receipt. Will not order here again.

Got a shamrock McFlurry at the drive through and was handed this. Went inside to ask for one that was mixed- manager took it from my hand and immediately tossed it in the trash. She then told me they’re mixer was broken so she’ll make me a new one but it would look the same. Never offered a refund either. I watched her make it again and it looked the same. Told me if I wanted it mixed i could do it myself. I took the drink said thanks and started to walk out. She must not have heard me because she began pointing at my friend and I screaming “Yeah you’re welcome no problem” in a sarcastic tone, creating a scene. So disrespectful for such a small inconvenience. If your mixer isn’t working, don’t sell things you need it for. You wouldn’t sell burgers if your grill wasn’t working…right?

The food is not particularly tasty at this location gives me a heavy stomach every time. I don’t recommend buying drinks in cups as drink dispenser machine use tap water that smells chlorine. Ice cream and pies are good though so best to drink coffee with apple pie or ice cream.

Let me start off with saying this. I usually run into problems at this location. Majority is messing up my order. I go to this location because it is legit down the street from where I live. This evening, I had it. I place an order in the drive thru the left side of the menu wasn’t even on for customers to see. The cashier took my order and she wasn’t very helpful due to their menu being down when I complained. She laughs and says “I know” place my order. Asked for extra, extra pickles on all the burgers i order except for the happy meal for my son. I give the cashier 30.77, my order came out to be 29.67. She didn’t give me the correct change and tells me to take care of it to the nexy window. I didn’t even bother for .05 cents. Grab my food, go home. Got my kids food set up. I go to eat my two double cheeseburgers and BOTH HAD NO PICKLES ON IT!! I asked for extra extra. I don’t get why that is such an issue especially the money I spent on my order. The last time i was there they tried to charge me for extra pickles. Your franchise company put 1 or 2 on a burger and I’m sorry big rip off. No one wants tons of your ketchup onion mix on their burger but you guys have no problem slathering on it. Gross, where I just got home with my kids it wasn’t even worth taking them back out to have them fix it. But definetly a waste of money because I end up throwing both away!
