Ordered the 4 piece meal. The chicken was extremely overooked, it was dry and crunchy. In addition, the pieces were so tiny, that the salsa cups were bigger. We barely got 4oz of chicken in 3 pieces, we paid for 4 but got only 3 pieces.

Good food at a great price, but the customer service is really rough! They were unorganized and probably weren’t following their training. All orders had an order number, but instead of calling that, they called customer names, or descriptions of meals. It took forever to get our food. They gave my burrito to someone else, who brought it back. They then turned and handed it to me. (I just hoped they hadn’t opened it or tasted it.) Overall, it was like a bad SNL skit.

I always get the BRC burrito at the drive thru. Never had any issues here honestly. For the price the food is surprisingly good. Every worker I encounter at the drive thru is always really nice. Especially one guy who’s usually there he always has a smile on his face.

I guess I have now learned my lesson. Disappointed once again. Got home and noticed my order was not right. They gave me 3 pieces on cold, dry chicken on my salad. The forgot one of our items. I will check out another location. This one is in need of some assistance.
