Dazzle Me Awards
My first time ever hearing of this place and decided to give it a try. The woman who took our order was helpful when I was asking questions. The pizza took a bit longer than started, but when it came out it was piping hot. The crust ( garlic) was amazing. The pizza itself was great, but if not for the crust it would have been just normal pizza. Well definitely have it again if I’m ever near one.

The first time I came here I ordered wings; very small and lightly sauced. I gave them another shot and ordered a large premium pizza with the cheese in the crust. I get all the way home to find out that they gave me the wrong pizza. It was basically all bread. Horrible. I decided to just delete the hungry howies app and move on with my life. I’ll never go back to any location.

I’ve tried it twice both times I was not impressed, Tonight my son ordered hot wings and he literally got boneless wings with barely any sauce on them. Looks like I will be driving to saline from now on.

Food was good, customer service not so much. Came in to pickup an order I placed through doordash, the employee at the counter was confused about the doordash pickup, but still kind. Another employee (maybe a manager?) stepped in presumably to help, but was rude to me and held up a finger to me when I tried to speak to her. Corrected the employee in a very rude way right in front of me and made us both uncomfortable. No way to treat employees or customers in my opinion.

So I really wanted your pizza. I tried to use your app, Unavailable. I tried to call and got an unnecessarily long and obnoxious pre-recorded message that I couldn’t even get through. I know it’s probably “corporate policy” but holy moly is that annoying as hell. Needless to say you lost my business today. Normally you guys are pretty good so I didn’t want to give you a 1 star review or anything but you could be doing better.
