The food truck had a tent on the property with creative tables and fur table covers for sitting. It was a beautiful presentation! They also have a heater for cold weather. It was very cozy and left the best impression. The host and staff were so hospitable. The bbq is amazingly delicious! I’m from Texas, and the brisket sandwhich was out of this world. It was a half pound of brisket, and 2 people were able to share. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely come back here again when I return to Alaska.

Ate here when I was on a Salmon fishing trip and I got to say probably the best food in all of Alaska their BBQ is off the hook good I had the prime rib sandwich the first time I visited 2 days later i had to try the pound pulled pork sandwich so so good…… But what makes this place even better is the chili beans never had a better chili than at Mammas also the best prices in town it’s a win win situation…….Six years later it’s still the best BBQ in Alaska…..I live in Houston Tx I know good BBQ when I eat it.
