I always thought Zaxbys were only in Arkansas, but I surely was wrong! I was so super glad to see the restaurant on the highway exit! Went there, got my salad and totally was pleased. Food was good, SERVICE WAS NOT the BEST but I’m kinda use to it unfortunately! That’s just what you get when you don’t cook/eat at home.

do not go to this store if you want to wait 30 minutes for fast food! everyone is “new” but can’t do a simple thing like count… that’s something we learn in elementary school. will most likely not be coming back even though the food is good. I’d also like to note that the main guy with the grey shirt is very rude. One day she told my mom she couldn’t understand why people are always upset with her and it’s because of her attitude. She’s the one who needs to be fired the rest of the workers are at least nice.

They have to do better with time management. I’ve been coming to this location for a year. A curbside order shouldn’t take an extra 20 minutes to receive your food after you’ve parked. They should get rid of curbside and get in line.

The food is good and hot. However their service is extremely slow. I went in the evening and they weren’t very busy and took forever to get the food out. They had 3 or 4 people back in the kitchen who were playing around with each other instead of working. That’s not what you want to see especially when you have to wait a long time for your food.

Let’s start by saying that I’ve always loved this restaurant and have always said it’s underrated. But, it’s seriously gone downhill and very fast. The guy that took my order was very friendly and welcoming. He was great, but that’s where it ends. Took 30 minutes to get our food. It was incorrect and I was missing a salad. The lady rolled her eyes, and with attitude told me that I didn’t order a salad. I showed the receipt, which she looked at and handed back without saying anything. Finally got the right food and they forgot the side of sauce. Same lady, same eye roll, and same attitude (I made sure to show my receipt again). As a result, I’ll never come back here again. Food was mediocre this time too so makes this decision easy.

Really just not good food. The buffalo garlic sauce is pretty good and the fries are alright. The chicken is bland and, just like others who have commented, they ask you to wait 20 minutes for traditional wings. The service was fine for me, but the food just isn’t good. They are not using high quality boneless wings. We came here to try it since Cane’s has become so much more expensive, but I’ll just continue going to Cane’s. It’s worth the extra money to get good quality food.
