I spent so much money at this Dairy Queen that I reload $100 gift card every time and I just went through and their machine is saying there is no money on my gift card and they accused me of not being able to pay for my ice cream when I have over $80 on my card I will never go back to this Dairy Queen. I cannot believe the treatment I just received I am in tears do not go there Drive in 15 minutes to go somewhere else. I’m in love with the cotton candy blizzard I almost live on it. I’ll starve before I go back!

So during our lunch break today we stopped in here. Thought I was going to enjoy a tasty lunch and relax. Yes, the food tasted alright however, the place was filthy. Let’s with the dead fly on the window sill. This area is eye level and raised concerns immediately after ordering/ paying for my food. Next, we’ll talk about the cleanliness of the floor and dining area. This areas looked like they hadn’t been swept or cleaned in weeks at least. Lastly, my coworkers toast from his lunch had something embedded in it that resembled fecal matter from some sort of rodent. Out of respect neither of us raised a huge commotion and instead left. I am glad to announce that I will never return to this store again. Thank you for your lack of service.

The service I didn’t get was horrible. I asked for a minute to decide what I wanted. The girl never came back. Another gave a lady her order. Then walked away from me not one but twice. I am usually down there twice a month. During car cruises its once a week. Now it wont be any business from me again

Seems like every time my family comes here our order always gets messed up somehow. I ordered a choco brownie supreme and my boyfriend ordered a small vanilla cone. My blizzard is supposed to come with chocolate ice cream, but instead I got vanilla. My boyfriend’s cone was supposed to be vanilla but instead they gave us a chocolate cone. And after I paid I was charged twice on my card for some reason.

Always fresh and tasty food. Love the $6 all day lunch specials. Hard to beat. Drive thru line typically moves at a tolerable pace. I don’t go in, just too small. Most ice cream prices are just outrageous. Maybe I’m just a curmudgeon.
