Employees state that we are not aloud to come into the establishment and order food, only online orders are accepted, and rudely reject people’s business during everyday working hours. everyone working acts disgusted that anyone dare think to come in and try to order food when there is a large “open” sign shining out to Brady street. Went in Sunday and the place was beyond disgusting, I should have immediately left. Food mess everywhere on the prep counter. Staff with very long hair hanging in their face which can’t be compliant to basic sanitary standards. The tacos were so sloppily made that there were more fillings outside of the tacos in the bowl then actually went into the tacos and the price was crazy for what was provided (>$10 for 3 very poorly made tacos). Some of the ground beef was red/raw. This location has really gone downhill.

My first visit to this Qdoba and it was excellent! The server behind the counter was friendly and efficient. I had the three taco option and they were stuffed and delicious. Other things: super clean bathroom!!! And the restaurant space was clean, bright and enjoyable to sit in. Conveniently located just a block from the bus stop.

Delectable Debauchery (xedd72)
I had food delivered and ordered adobo chicken soup. The delivery was fine but there was no liquid in my soup bowl. It was sort of like a burrito bowl, just slightly wetter, When I called they said sorry but the liquid must have absorbed into the rice and I told the manager that there must have only been about 2 oz. of liquid to begin with. In the photo I included there is liquid coating the tortilla. It never covered the contents completely, as evidenced by the totally dry tortilla strips. Got a refund, not going to order delivery again. And to be fair, the “soup” still tasted good, I just wanted actual soup.

I’ve been a fairly regular customer almost since their opening, and the experience just seems to get steadily worse and worse. The employees don’t greet you, barely say anything at all, look and act like they are disgusted with everyone/everything. However, lately they somehow ask about my requested combinations with names I’ve never heard before and act like I’m an idiot for not knowing them. I end up having to point and say “that please”. Rude, eye-rolling workers that definitely would rather be somewhere else! At the price of a burrito these days, they could at least act civilly towards the customers! I don’t think I’ll be continuing my patronage for much longer . . . . . .

Manager locked the door and said “the door is locked for a reason” it was busy so they don’t want to do their job at 6pm. Was yelling at customers and locking them out. Do not eat here, go to Jimmy Johns. Have been here before where they lock the door, lazy employees and terrible restaurant. Should be shut down. Terrible experience.
