Have been to this place many time via drive through, today decided to dine in but it was a terrible experience as their is apparently shortage of workers and they seems to be burnout . It takes more then 30 minutes to get two small blizzards with no one else ordering from lobby , next time we will stick to drive through, hopefully that will cut down the service time .

We’ve eaten at this location several times and have always had great service and good food. We haven’t had to ask for forgotten items or food not made correctly. They have a great staff and are very friendly. Plus my wife and kids love their ice cream!!!!

My wife placed an order for a birthday cake 4 days ago, we received confirmation that it would be ready today we get here and NO CAKE!!!! They seen the order but just didn’t make the cake. Associates ultimately made the cake but no trained associate was available to write on the cake. Hopefully your experience will be better than my family’s.

Spent almost $90 on food. Had no utensils for the 4 blizzards, 3 napkins for all 7 of us. We ordered extra gravy, and not only did we not get them, the ones that were in the meals weren’t even half full! I don’t know what happened to this place, but that’s an absurd amount of money for the service we got.

Ordered a cake for my dad’s birthday even called after to make sure everything was still good. I go to pickup the cake they don’t have the order. Tabitha the general manager says she can’t do anything it. Then starts talking to me like I’m a 2 year old. Says she can make one for me but it won’t taste good or look good but expects full price for it. She said she can’t control the cake decorator. If your a general manager your over every other employee. Bad customer service they never tried to apologize.

I got the pumpkin cookie butter shake which was ok. It smelled like pumpkin but it tasted more like ginger snaps than anything else, which is fine cuz I’m not a big fan of pumpkin. My only complaint was that my shake didn’t come with whipped cream, which I’m sure they had; I assume it was because the ladies there were very loudly laughing and talking so much, they forgot. So it didn’t look as great without it. I’m all for fun at work but not to the point where workers forget things. The cashier also mentioned there were no burgers or white gravy only chicken strips and sides. It was around 9pm; maybe they were short on closeing employees.
