I made my mobile order and was told it would picked up at 10:34, i have waited over 40 minutes for two drinks. When i asked if i should just come in and get it at the speaker, i was 100% ignored. if it weren’t for this being the only one near me i would never come back. As well as not one word being said to me when i got to the window. You are understaffed, yet won’t hire people who actually want to work. Makes sense why it takes so long.

Wanted to take a minute and brag on the amazing customer service I had today at this location! Matt and all the other baristas were all so pleasant and helpful. I didn’t like my first drink, it tasted a little off. I took it in and within a matter of minutes Matt had my new drink made that was perfect. They are always so pleasant and customer service friendly at this location! Not to mention the awesome drinks Great job Winter Haven Starbucks! Keep up the amazing work!! Quick note: Be kind to your baristas and remember they are people too!

This was my first visit at this Starbucks and honestly left disappointed. Mobile ordered at 8:58 did not receive all of my items until nearly 9:30. By the time I received everything my drink was melted, my food was not only cold but was burnt. Also, a barista with pink hair dropped my bag of food on the floor behind the counter. Bag wasn’t changed nor was food remade was pretty gross to see. I understand a morning rush but they continuously took drive through orders as well as walk-ins. If my order is placed and paid for ahead of time why is it not being worked on? The employees could really use some training from nearby Starbucks stores.

Drive thru was wrapped around the building. Parked and went inside. Only a few other patrons. Cool. Ordered Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich and Caramel Ribbon crunch frap. Easy peezy. Waited almost 15 min before going up to the pick up counter. The young lady working said, “oh your Sandwich has been ready” and pointed to a sandwich sitting on the counter. Never called my name. Another 6 min and my drink was handed to me with a smile. When I say this was the driest and nastiest Sandwich I have ever had… it was. Absolutely no taste. It was room temp from sitting on the counter for how long and the bread was just dry. Smoked bacon, where? It was like eating and MRE. Nasty. One bite and I was done with this overpriced sandwich. Now, while I like their Fraps I probably won’t be going back any time soon. Especially for food. Ugh.
