Ordered a delivery. It took them two seconds to charge my card, THEN told me it would be two hours (estimated) for delivery. Perhaps tell people your estimated delivery time before charging their card?? Sounds like good business to me! Now I have to wait two days for a refund. Will never use or recommend. Oh yea! And you get a call center, not the place you think you are calling. Two seconds to charge and two days to give a refund.

Called to place a carry out order. I asked for light bacon on one side. I was told that they could only do regular not light which I didn’t understand until I asked the girl on the phone where she was. Her response was the Philippines. So I ordered from somewhere else. If you can’t get it the way you like it and you have to talk to someone thousands of miles away for a pizza it’s a sign, and not a good one!

This place has not, in the past 5 times I’ve ordered, gotten my order right. Just tonight, I waited for over an hour before I called to see what was holding the order up. They told me that they didn’t have any drivers tonight and I would have to wait on a doordash delivery driver. They then informed me that a driver arrived right then and my order was on its way. 40 minutes later, I get a call saying that the doordasher canceled and that I would not be getting any food. Now, my wife and daughter done have any dinner for tonight. If the manager had any honor, he would’ve just drove it to my house himself. This place has gone downhill and I will never order anything from there again.

Food was great! The steak and cheese papadia was to die for. So amazingly delicious! First time buying this item and can’t wait to have it again- seriously if you haven’t tried it YOU NEED TO!!! Delivery was on time and very courteous! My husband loved his pizza. Y’all keep up the great work! My family and I plan to be customers at your establishment for years to come whether we dine in, have takeout, or have food delivered to us. Last time I will ever eat at Papa Johnson, 2nd time I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and setting on the toilet for an hour. I would report them to the health department but what good is that when they only check the work environment and do not test the food.
