Exquisite! This place was a random adventure on a double date. We had a great time learning about their fresh fish and what hard work goes into all their food. You can tell they take pride in what they do because it shines in their customer service as well as flavors in the dishes. All four of us loved the food and would absolutely go back!

Had high expectations due to the glowing reviews and nice photos. I will say that the sushi was pretty good and they did seem to use very top notch ingredients, and service was friendly. They were extremely friendly about letting me work there on my laptop as well.

This place is so freaking good and I don’t even like sushi that much. The “surf and turf” Kobe beef roll was amazing, the spicey edamame was incredible (best edamame I’ve ever had), the tuna/salmon/yellowtail nigiri was delicious, the pork belly gyoza were next level. Honestly so good. Will come back here every time I can.

Tried Sushi Bros on a vacation to Vegas after being disappointed by the sushi and service at a well-known Strip location. I have dietary restrictions that makes eating out a dreaded activity for my husband and I. We were blown away by the sushi chef Jake and our server Brianna. Jake came to our table to clarify food allergies. He then used his creative talents to make unique sushi rolls that accommodated my allergies. Delicious! So fresh. He gave us homemade sauces he fermented himself. He explained every ingredient and provided me with the best meal and sushi I’ve had in years. We were so impressed we went back the next night and Jake worked his magic. Jake is for sure the hidden gem in this little restaurant who knows fish, ingredients, flavor combos, and is a talent that fits fine dining and beyond. Sushi Bros should enjoy Jake for as long as he is there because someone is going to steal him up. Thank you!!!

Simply wow. Fresh beyond fresh. They import their fish from Japan. You can absolutely see the difference in the cuts and taste the difference in the fish. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. You can tell they are passionate about the art of sushi. I will definitely keep coming back. My new favorite sushi spot in Vegas!
