I made an order online that said it was delivered and never was. I called multiple times and couldn’t get anybody on the phone. I drove there to see where my order is and they still had it at the store. I get home and this is what I see when I open my box. This pizza was for my kids and this is what I get. I will never eat at this place every again. I always have some type of issue when I order from this dominos. This is just uncalled for and wrong. And I still can’t get anyone on the phone about this. I do not recommend to eat here at all.

If I could give zero stars I would I did an online order at 1:20ish and did not receive my order until 4pm. I called to cancel after 2 hours and the store associate said it would probably be an additional 40 minutes before the pizza was delivered. I needed to feed my child so I had to pick up another pizza from Marco’s for myself. Please be aware of this place they are terrible and don’t trust them for delivery. I highly do not recommend this establishment!!!!!

This place makes great tasting pizza! Me & my mom love picking up pizza from this dominos every other week. They never mess up our order, the dough is always perfectly cooked on the pizza, and they fix the pizzas pretty quick too. Wonderful workers. Love coming here.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Mngr. Crystal is the worst! My “Brooklyn Style” Pizza looked more like “Crooklyn Style”….They gave me a poorly made pizza looked in my face and said “Uneven sliced pizza was ok….”Kids were hungry so I didn’t have time to refuse But extremely disappointed for what I paid for…My last Dominoes Pizza ever.

The customer service by Crystal at this location was horrible. She lost over $25 in profit for a $1 dipping sauce that should have been given to me free per dominos website. When asked who the manager was she said Crystal then I asked her name she said Crystal being smart. I won’t be going back to this location.

Buy in your neighborhood they say…I say heck no. This is the third time they got me. I WILL NOT do it again. Spen 50 bucks for pizza and sides. They left off the medium pepperoni for the kid…that was the most important pizza. Called the store and the male said call back tomorrow to speak with the daytime manager. He couldn’t help me because the shift had changed. Try telling that to a kid. “Hey sorry Ray Ray you can eat tomorrow when the day manager comes in.” I can’t eat my food and the kid not eat! This store should close. They lack! You will not get my money again. I knew better to order from the grease trap.

I ordered online 5/1 at 945pm. Called at 1110 was told i had 3 ppl agead of me but assured my pizza would be hot. Tried calling from 1215 until close my calls were ignored. Pizza shows up after 1am cold and in horrible shape. Called the nect day and spoke to someone who promised to replace the pizza in 30 mins. Almost 2 hours later guy knocks on the door demanding payment. Called back with no one answering or the phone would be answered and hung up. Guy doesn’t leave pizza of course. Still answering and hanging up. Will be calling corporate I want my money back
