This Boston Market should be closed down. When you walk in there was water all across the area where the food was being displayed. Therefore in order to see the food you was standing in a puddle of water. The Rotisserie chicken was burned & dried out. The wing was so died out you couldn’t eat it.

I love the taste and variety of sides at this establishment. During this pandemic though, its difficult to get it and go. Even with call ahead order. Most of these restaurants are understaffed on purpose so that they can profit more. Profits and the cost of the consumers time is the strategy of these fast food chains.

This store lacks professionalism and tact, I started to go across 8 mile where I always experience great customer service. I placed an online order, came to pick it up & was informed they don’t have any chicken. I asked if he could refund my order & he said he doesn’t know how to do that. Long story short they don’t have a customer service line, I had to lie & say I wanted to place a catering order to actually speak with a human being. This particular Boston Market should be closed down & send the employees home. They have attitudes & don’t want to work anyway. Having a warm body is not the same as having a good employee. Throw the whole building & ghetto staff away.

The food is great! But they are closed at least 6 days out of the week! This is frustrating I go there for lunch and they’re closed. I asked are they closing early?, and one of the girls said yes cuz there’s no one to help out. Are they going to close this permanently or are they going to try to get help? This is the only Boston Market in the neighborhood what’s going on?
