The Germanator
This is completely uncalled for and lazy! The hot dogs were cold and looked like they were put together by a bunch of 2 year old. It takes 2 seconds to make a hot dog and to do it correctly, this is just lazy. On top of all of that, we were missing an entire order of fries and the fries we had were only half full. This is also not the first we’ve had a problem with this Freddy’s. You will not be seeing an order from me ever again. Do better next time or find a new job.

Got to try Freddy’s for the first time visiting family in Gardner, KS. Food was delicious, and we appreciated their excellent service even though we hit the drive through about 20 minutes before closing time. The burgers, onion rings, fries, and custard were all delicious! I’ve liked Culver’s for a long time but I might like Freddy’s even better! Glad that one of their franchises is opening soon near home!

I went and spent 30 dollars 5.99 on my sons meal alone and the fries aren’t even full…Freddy’s is going down hill. You’re better off going to one in Olathe this one is trash..and NO there weren’t fries at the bottom of the bag

The manager, Angela, and her staff are always super friendly and attentive. As a customer, as well as a doordash driver, I always feel welcomed and they are quick to fix anything that may not be quite right. The food is always delicious and you get what you pay for. One of the cashier’s even went as far as giving my nephew a free ice cream while we waited for our food. I am never disappointed by the service I receive from the Gardner Freddy’s.

I went through the drive-thru tonight (Gardner, KS) and was disappointed and the complete lack of customer service from the woman serving me. She was VERY rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink carrier after trying to hand me 3 individual drinks. The fries in my order were also missing, so I chose to come inside rather than waiting in line again. I’m glad the young man that gave me the fries was nice about it. Freddy’s food is too expensive for this type of experience. Back to Five Guys for us!

Who is the absent owner of the Freddie’s in Gardner KS? The place is a dump. Agree with other reviews. The parking lot had chocolate ice cream splattered all over. Upon entering the floor is greasy and dirty. All the tables were dirty. And it was not busy. Food was average, not comparable to other Freddie’s. The music choice as another reviewer stated was not appropriate. When you have customers debating on whether to go in because of the trashy parking lot you have a problem. It’s obvious the owner does not care and there is a lack of management. I rarely post reviews but this one needed posting. Will never eat there again. If I could leave zero stars I would have.

I came to this restaurant on my lunch, and it was amazing! All the employees greeted me with a smile and everyone was so friendly. I ordered something complicated and they got it right the first time! I will be visiting Freddy’s for some delicious custard soon!
