Ordered for delivery, order shows up and the delivery person brings me the wrong order. She asks me to hold on a min and I’m standing at the door waiting. She proceeds to leave while I am standing there waiting. A few min after she leaves she texts me on her personal phone that she screwed up the pickup. I have to call the store to find out what’s going on. At this point the manager tells me they are really busy and he had no clue what was going out the door, making excuses. I asked if that’s it, because my pizza is now sitting more than 30 mim before leaving out the door to me. He fakes a sorry and asks if I want new pizzas made or to cancel. Horrible customer service. I was hungry and was told it had been under the warmer. So as the story goes, my pizza arrived luke warm at best and was the worst papa johns pizza I’ve had in S FL from sitting for so long. This location needs to get it together.

My experience at this particular Papa John’s was great. I was on they way from Hallandale to Plantaion for my niece’s birthday event. I called the closest Papa John’s to her. It was this location. As I was driving I called and spoke to a young man named Corinthian. My order was complex and required some assistance. Corinthian took the order simplified it despite the intricacy. He also let me know that i wasn’t an issue. The order was ready before I arrived ten minutes later. He handled the order with professionalism and respect. I asked him who is the manager and he said he is. So I think this is the best way to acknowledge an asset to your company. To whom ever that owns this location make something happen for him better than just recognizing. Also my order was in the afternoon of 6/25/23.

Called about my pizza and how it was delivered with all of the toppings falling off. They basically proceeded to blame me for ordering extra sauce and extra cheese and that they were backed up on deliveries so it would be awhile. Awesome job! Never ordering from this store again.

Stayed at a local hotel for the night. The food came hot and delicious!! The driver lady had a beautiful smile and made sure we had all utensils to enjoy a meal We even got our pizza delivered phenomenally quick!!! Much appreciated!
