Ate at this one at least 3 times now. Very nice employees and food is consistent. Bathrooms were clean, but dining room could be cleaner. Tables should be wiped more often. Wish they had napkins and ketchup near soda machine.

Did an online order. Arrived at the specified pick up time. Had to wait 18 minutes at the restaurant for the food. The purpose of ordering online is so that the order is ready. The food was typical White Castle food., No problems with it. But the level of organization to get the online orders ready is deplorable. They need to learn from Chick-fil-A.

This location washes away any previous thoughts of what White Castle is typically seen as. This location is absolutely spotless, clean, well designed and has the friendliest staff. Food arrives quickly, piping hot and fresh. The staff here is excellent and deserves much praise.

Went through the drive thru which had 2 cars ahead of me it only took me 15 minutes to get the food yes was super hot tasty and quick and keep in mind it was rush hour. Thanks white castle lovely meal I had.

Love it here man. We didn’t have White Castle on the west coast but I grew up east coast. I come here every once in a while. My dog always gets chicken nuggets after a bath and I don’t like feeding him McDonald’s. So I went here. First time at this location. Whoever was helping me at the menu station and at the drive thru window was dope. His name was either Klein or Keith. Started with a K. He had dyed hair. That guy is AWESOME. I know working at a fast food place is probably the most mundane thing ever, I would surely kill myself or every other customer. But this guy was dope! Talked to me about dogs and video games. Was really cool 🙂 the food was kind of MID. I had a slider and one of the buns was either too toasted or just stale. But it’s alright. I still enjoyed it. BBQ sauce is always good. Always be nice to service people.

I should’ve went to outback next door the burgers were fine but the fries tasted like they were sitting on a pound of salt and the soda syrup must’ve been out because my sprite tasted like water

Came here for the impossible burger and I was pretty impressed. It really tastes like the meat Patty. I’ve had the beyond burger before but it doesn’t compare. The impossible is the best vegan burger available. Otherwise the service was nice and fast.
