What’s the reason for having a drive thru , if it takes a little longer to get food, why not tell me to pull down or to a numbered spot and someone bring it out to me, that’s what I thought they did until yesterday. Girl at window had no personality like she didn’t want to be their and it was a bother just waiting on people. If you don’t like your job, get something else not having to deal with the public. My food was good though, so that’s why I’m only giving three stars.

This was our first time going back to Big Chic in years, especially after the pandemic. Ordered a steak sandwich, bought it home to eat. Took a bite with a 10-inch LONG STRAND OF WHITE HAIR in the sandwich. Took it back, got my money back. Will NOT be returning.

If I could I would give them a negative -0. Yes Its understandable that prices has went up everywhere. However, the prices is too high! also the size of their chicken has decreased. The food doesn’t taste good like it use to, customer service is not bad but will do. Now your paying way more money for poor service.
