Ordered and paid for pizza online. Went to pick it up and they didn’t make it. They ran out of pan crust. At 7pm. Closing at 8 PM. I said alright, can you make more dough please? The two guys looked at each other and said no they couldn’t. I said you can’t make pizza dough at a pizza place? They said maybe I should have ordered sooner. Last I knew in the food industry you made food till you closed. Not when they ran out and didn’t feel like making more…got a refund and went to pizza hut.

Once a week my husband goes to the Papa Murphy’s in Excelsor Springs. The staff are very nice and helpful and the pizzas are excellent. The toppings are very fresh and plentiful, and they always get the order correct. My husband really likes how well he is treated when he goes to this Papa Murphy’s. Highly recommended!

The 2 visits I have made for this store over the past 4 months have both been horrible! 1st visit after speaking with owners, we was offered free replacement pizza, too which I never received anything else about getting free pizza.? Tonight tried round 2… bought 2 pizzas. Made it home cooked #1 without issue. The 2nd pan pizza was next in the oven. With 10 minutes the house was FULL of smoke! My 81 yr old grandma was over and uses portable oxygen. Had to rush her outside then home. This was all due to the flimsy paper thin foil tray that had puncture hole(s) in the bottom prior to cooking. Now the oven is literally grease covered, pizza ruined AGAIN and now have to figure out how to clean this mess. 3rd time a charm?… hmmm… who knows what’s next!
