Food is always great, but the mold in the drink station will make you lose your appetite. I’ve noticed that their lemonade/agua fresca station has a lot of mold growing on it in between the drink tanks on the tray they sit on. A little gross — makes me question how clean the rest of the place is and if their drink station has ever been throughly cleaned.

Delicious food and good size portions. Prices are fair- just don’t get too many add ons. Place could have been a little cleaner- few tables needed wiped, small trash on floor, and bins wiped/straightened. Still pretty good. Will return.

Have had multiple experiences now with having found meat in our veggie bowls. Being a strict vegetarian, this seems absolutely careless and inconsiderate. Their fajitas are mixed with meat at times and we try to avoid them as a result. But still having found meat in the bowl. On the top of it, the staff is rude as well. “They do not guarantee about their food” is what we were told on bringing up this issue.

Place was an absolute mess. Obviously understaffed. Giant posters featuring their new chicken… which they were totally out of with no one cooking, just dirty dishes everywhere. Nice ingredients aren’t enough, you have you actually run the restaurant.

I had to argue with a dumb ai to try to talk about prep instructions with an employee for over 11 mins by which the order had been picked up the ai is flawed stupid and takes way to long for a human option and gets stuck in loops

The girl fixing my bowl was mumbling, and I asked her to repeat herself, and she got very rude (yelled “PROTIEN! What kind of MEAT!?!”) I told her she did not have to be rude to me. When I checked out, I asked for her name and no one was wearing name tags and no one would tell me their names, and when I left, they were laughing at me. It was hard to hear in there with the music playing and I have hearing issues so I am very sorry I ruined her day by asking her to repeat what she said. There was no one in line behind me and they were not busy. My family and I love chipotle and have gone to this location weekly for years but we will never be back.

The service of this location is deplorable. I have tried to give it another shot a few times and have been burned every single time. We cannot place a mobile order at this location without the order being completely incorrect. Today was the final straw, it had been a while and I thought I’d give it one last shot but just picked up my order to find that they did not include the meat. A complete waste of time and money.

Chipotle usually isn’t as bad as this location. Took the family here for dinner. Very dirty and unkept. Food had some kind of gross sour taste to it. We ordered chips and queso and you already know they only give you a plastic sauce cup of queso but add that to a bag of smashed chips that is mostly an empty bag then it is a rip off.
