I walked in to order because the Manager’s Special is not on the website & they never answer the phones. Ordered & paid. Told me it would be 20 minutes so I waited. 45 minutes later I went to checkout because my name wasn’t on the board. Took a long time before anyone spoke to me. Couldn’t find my order on the computer but that was because it was sitting on a shelf! Handed it to me, no apology offered. My pizza was just barely lukewarm because it sat out so long. Not at all happy. It will be a long time before I return, if ever.

Something is wrong with the night shift people they act like they are crazy they don’t care for the customers’requests they only do what they want to do. The pizzas are made horribly I wish that we could have the pizzas that the owner is showing on this page but of course there’s no pizzas that they serve have cheesy cheese like that. That would really make them be a better restaurant. I will never order from these rude people again. They cannot even get your order right and they cannot care about the customer.

I ordered a delivery and my pizza came burnt. I just tried to call to discuss my issue and someone answered with a burp without saying excuse me and when I asked for his name (after asking for a manager multiple times), he asked me for my name. Yes I said I don’t usually order Domino’s I usually order from Papa John’s, he said that’s why we don’t answer you and he hung up!!!! I’m on fire

This is the WORST dominos…their phones are “never working”, we can’t seem to get an order right, and then they want to blame us saying, “they count the pepperonis”, when I show them the visible difference. Extremely poorly run, and we are looking forward to the new pizza shop opening up across the street. This is not longer easy or convenient when I have to keep coming back to correct orders.

I ordered a pizza, some wings, and ordered a side of ranch. I did not receive the ranch, which for some people (like me) is an essential. I did not want to make a big deal to make it easier on the driver, but the thing that did make me frustrated is when I called the store to ask for a refund (because I am not paying for something I never received) and was on hold for over 15 minutes. I do realize that places are understaffed right now due to COVID and things might slip from an order, but this has happened plenty of times. SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE SENDING THEM OUT FOR DELIVERY FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!
