Now only is this location hit or miss (they always seem to be out of something important), it honestly looks abandoned. Half of the drive thru signage has been missing for months. Since they still have no inside ordering or pickup you have to try and navigate the mind field which is their parking lot. Deep tire shallowing suspension wrecking potholes EVERYWHERE. They closed an excellent Burger King on Warren and Wyoming but kept this one open? I can’t believe a store of a multi national chain could get in such disrepair for so long. I recently tried to order the Ghost Pepper Whopper and they didn’t know what it was.

My fries were hot and my nuggets were really hot but my burger was cold. I thought that was so weird because the cheese had not been melted. That mean the meat had to be cold when they put the cheese on it. Why would your you serve your customers cold food. Just say you don’t have any burgers ready at this time.

Order a whopper meal medium and a whopper sandwich. No fries no soda was added from me ordering and paying online. Send my husband to pick it up . Just to burgers for $17 . Trying to call but no answer. Called 8 times even though the store is open. No one would answer. Send my husband back with a screen shot of the order to get my drink and fries. Smh. This is why we don’t have fast food places in our city. Because of the poor customer service.

The employees at this location are truly amazing people. I would drive 20 miles out of my way just to come here because the people are that great. So I just ordered from them off Uber Eat .. The family bundle you get 3 whoppers 3 cheese burger in 3 fries . Oh and I also ordered 16 nuggets but that wasn’t included in the bundle . So I called to make sure it was sauce in the bag . A young man answer the phone Very Rude wouldn’t let me talk . So he hangs up. For when my food get here I don’t even have half of what I was suppose to have.. So I call back to let them know he answers again and we like well you have to make a complaint y if you did you job right . It’s crazy man if you don’t want to work just quit your job …Y’all are sad man..

I placed a mobile order on my lunch break. I only had $8 to my name and spent $7.82 on my order. I drove to pick it up and was told by the man on the speaker they are closed due to short staff. So I asked him how I get my money back because burger King already took my money off already.
