Today makes the 3rd time coming here and the 3rd time my order has been in correct. I do not recommend any1 to eat here. When I called the restaurant to tell them about my order when I arrived at home, the Chinese lady said she’s not going to fix my order because it’s my fault. Hell I had my receipts to even show here what I ordered but “they fixed it wrong!” So therefore this is my last time going there and also I seen a guy outside smoking a cigarette and picking sores off his face and he went straight in to make food without washing his hands! That is pure disgusting

It was so loud in the dining room. The guests were laughing & talking at the top of there lungs. The food looked as if it had sat on the steam table all day. Almost everything was dry. The chicken was dry & tasted & smelled “off”. I had to ask twice for chicken. Only the cold foods tasted good. So, I went back for seconds on that.

Food was fresh….not common for THIS location. Baytown location on Alexander is my go-to location for Hartz. Service was good, very nice, courteous, and attentive staff. Everything was going good…until I went back up to the counter for toothpicks…which the toothpick dispenser was pretty cool by the way. Motion activated single toothpick dispenser lifts one at a time out of the container. Had to see it work 4 times before I said “ok, that’s enough”. Now for the only thing I didn’t like about this particular visit…. customers ordering their food in line ahead of me as I waited to get some toothpicks ordered fried okra. I really like fried okra…. as they were done ordering and left, I asked about them having fried okra. “Yes, we do.” …” I didn’t see it on the buffet bar.”…… “yah, it’s not on the buffet, it’s an upcharge for the okra”.

Not enough hot rolls out then when you asked for some they tell you how many would you like. This place is a all you buffet, why asked a stupid question. The price has went sky high just for chicken. You can pay a little more and eat at Golden Corral and it eat different foods especially meats.
