the first time I went to Ariya on e.gage,h.p. I was very surprised that the manager or owner treated one of his employees very very rudely right in front of the customers,on that occasion he yelled and scolded his waiter like as a child or worse….. I haven’t been there since 7 months ago. The food was acceptable tasty.

This is usually my go to place for Thai food, but lately service has been getting worse. Today I went in got handed the Menu and got forgotten. Every one that got seated after me was getting their orders taken. I walk up to register and asked cashier if some one was going to take my order because I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes. This new male waiter walks behind me and with a really nasty attitude yells, Every one has been waiting for over 20 minutes which was a lie because the 2 parties sat after me and behind me got their drinks and orders taken. So honestly I just walked out and took my business some where else.

Great spot in HP. The quality is top notch too. Definitely worth checking out. The Chow Mein is different than advertised on the window. We got a thicker noodle than i saw. Not the best, not the worst. Definitely enjoyed the orange chicken, pad thai, and beef fried rice. The beef was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best fried rice ive had in a while.

The food is great don’t get me wrong but the service is awful. My family came in at 4:00 got seated around 4:25 and didn’t get our food till 6:00. Besides a few servers, the workers don’t seem like they care.

First time coming to this place we had a hard time finding parking since the restaurant don’t have a parking. The food was good the wonton soup was ok not exactly what I expected, the customer service wasn’t that great. The restroom is not baby friendly, it sure was very inconvenience since we had to change the baby pamper.

3pm Combo Specials are Excellent. Great .. Tv showing how create the plates +other events on screens. Lunchtime specials are good to, get a free Thai Tea with any special! Beer/Mango drinks Yummy! Parking is limited on the street but doable. Visited 2x in one week. Next week.. Orange Chicken or Drunken Noodles ??

Loved my Mongolian plate. Didn’t quite enjoy my husband’s Coconut, mushroom, lemongrass soup it was a little too bitter. I’ve had this soup at other restaurants and never had any issues with it. Also, service was terrible and I would understand if the place was full but it wasn’t. I will say this though I’ll give it another chance due to the menu
