I have two complaints one is which the lack of communication. I tried to use my chick fil gift card at your store in you Student Union, 5100 Cherry St Bldg. #216, Kansas City, MO 64110 location but the guy tells me that you guys didn’t take chick fil A gift cards but which was confusing because I can use a McDonalds gift card whether it be franchise or corporate. That needs to be posted. Then I had to drive all the way to the 8551 State Line Rd In the Ward Parkway Center chick fil a and I told this young man I wanted to use my gift card then use my debit card , he ran my debit card anyway then said it was a mistake which was not the truth and he took money from me by charging my card when I told him what to do.

Awful. Staff are rude, food isn’t actually Chick-fil-a but is done by Sodexo. Tastes different and is cooked differently. Overall just bad. Not to mention there’s no parking anywhere near, and it’s inside the Student Union. Even as a student it’s bad. Chick-fil-a prices without the food.

Unprofessional service. Paid for nuggets, fries, and a drink and when I went to get a straw for my drink after eating I got chased by a woman questioning me if I paid while I was on my way out. I identified the employee who rung me up and confirmed that I had already paid for my meal and drink. Getting chased down for a drink I already paid for based on a wrong assumption by an employee is extremely offensive and disappointing. Won’t be returning. Either the staff needs to be properly trained so they don’t go chasing after people after they’ve paid or they need to learn professionalism.
